      My dad when to purchase parts for my car on 8/8/2023 at "Pick Your Part Auto Wrecking" location in Wilmington. He ask the associate at the cash office how much was headlights and door mirror. The associate respond to my dad they were $51.71 for each of the headlights and he purchase 2 and door mirror $45.50. Associate never mention that the price included a guarantee fee and that he had option of getting it remove. While my dad was asking for prices he was on the phone with me and I never heard associate mention anything about guarantee fee. My Dad show me the receive when I came back from work notice that guarantee fees were apply on all items. purchase on the price associate gave my dad. I went to the business today 8/9/2023 to talk to the manager ******* about what happen yesterday and he mention that I could return items and get refund however I couldn't repurchase the same items without the guarantee fee because they have to inspect the items that I had return. I explain to the manager that my dad took time remove the parts from the vehicle to just leave it and find other similar parts. The manager provided me with corporate number ************* and I called it and says is closed and gave another number to put complain with third party. The ads they have regarding their guarantee only mention add automatically but not mention that fee for it and as I was waiting the security told customer to remember to tell cashier remove guarantee or apply without tell you. I want this business to refund me guarantee fee that I was charge of $34.12. I search guarantee fee the this business website and this charge is optional. Also, I don't want other customers go though this were they given a price and are told they 90 days return however they weren't told that their is fee associate. Have attach the items purchase and receipt of purchase

      Hello BBB, 

      This issue was resolved on 8-15-2023. The customer came in to the store yesterday morning and meet with me and proceeded to refund him $34.2 in cash. We hope to close this case as it has been cleared up.
