My partner and I recently brought my car in for an oil change and brakes. After further inspection they called to let us know that we also needed the rotators replaced. Close to closing time they called and let me know that there was a piece rusted on that they could not get off and a piece they needed to order that they did not have in stock so they needed to keep my car. The car had to stay there Sunday and Monday. I called Tuesday for an update, they said the car would be done that day. I got a call around 2pm letting me know the car was ready for pick up. Upon arrival my partner noticed something hanging low to the ground, when he asked the people at the front desk they told him that someone had put on the wrong cover and that it did not go to our car. Driving it home it scraped on every little bump, dip and turn. It was absolutely unsafe to drive. My partner removed it when he got home and realize they put it on backwards and zip tied it back on leaving only one bolt. There is now damage to the cover from the scraping that will need to be repaired. Its been a few days and the *** and slip signs are turning on which indicate low brake fluid or worn brake pads. Im unsure if its turning on because it was recently replaced or not. It was highly unprofessional to not inform me and let me know what was going on when they should have let me know what options they had for me, if any. I feel as if they did not care and wanted my car out of there. This is my every day car that I commute in with my son. Our lives were put at risk. I paid for professional work and I believe I did not receive that.
