website does not work, no customer service... they are phishing USA citizens... pay attention to do not share any information

Same situation happened to me as complaint ********. I called looking for legal aid services for the poor. I was charged $1.90 on December 19th, 2023. I received no information did not hear anything more from the by phone or email. Then without my knowledge or consent they started charging me $19.90 on December 27, 2023. In addition, the list of lawyers that the provided me, which I had to call twice to get, was useless 2 lawyers did not return my call, one lawyer said that he had no association with *** legal network, and the others didn't even answer the phone.Business response 10/08/2023 ************************* contacted us on July 8th and signed up for our Legal Plan. All fees and terms were disclosed and ***************** provided a credit card for billing. She was also informed that she could cancel at anytime, no questions asked, by phone or email. I ordered a single document from USA legal resource and paid for it with a credit card. Legal resource then proceeded to debit a monthly subscription from that same card. I went online to cancel the subscription and the website wanted a fee to send a cancelation letter! I then went online and found the following phone number. one- (area code) eight eight eight - three two nine - one three five nine. I demanded USA Legal Resource cancel this subscription and credit back the November fee. I just made the call so we will see if they credit back my account in 3-5 business days. BUYER BEWARE.

Representatives are liars! No scruples! Legal hep for the poor, what a joke! Definitely a scam, these people are disgusting. Rating should be below zero. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. WHAT THEY ARE DOING HAS TO BE ILLEGAL. I have names of their agents and they will put you on hold to file complaint with supervisor and of course supervisor never picks up the phone. If you have had similar struggles I'm willing to join you in filing a class action Lawsuit against these crooks who are scamming people in need of legal assistance and once they have your credit card information the scam continues. Once you contact the attorneys that they refer you to, those attorneys want nothing to do with these crooks (USA Legal Resource).

I asked for help for my daughter. Paid the $1.90 for a contact. Was led to believe that I would only be charged further if they helped us. There has been zero contact from them and yet they have been charging my card for about 6 months. Try to call and a computer generated voice simply says goodbye. Dont give your hard earned money to these people

Would give him zero Stars but I can't. Said they would send me an email so I can cancel my subscription at any time never got it. Charging me $20 for a service I can't use. Biggest scam in the freaking world still trying to figure out how to cancel it so they can stop taking my money. Do not fall for the same BS at me and so many else have.

This company has either been phished or is giving financial information to third parties. As soon as my bank card information was given to them, another party made a purchase with Homedepot.com that was deducted from my bank account. I called ********** to cancel the order but it was with another vendor and could not be canceled. I called the person at the delivery point but he said he did not place the order. I tried to get the purchaser's name from **********, and they said I needed a billing address. My address nor the delivery address was not used. So, I could not get the purchaser's name.This company did not give me adequate representation anyway. They sent me the address of the only attorney who handled my situation (who was not available) and kept senging the same name and number. They are worthless.

This company are a Complete waste of time, they provide absolutely no service

SCAMMERS!!! They lied and said do not offer ANY services other than giving you a list of attorneys (you can find on ******* for you to call to get a free consultation. I got a list of only 2 attorneys and neither one was free. THEN they gave my info to ID Secure and THEY charged my $2.90 and $18.90 for their service!!!!! I never authorized!!!!!

you sign up under one name for free 7 day trial BUT you do not realize that USA legal resource is the actual company name. i searched and searched my emails for the email that i was signed up under but could not find any emails under ***, LEGAL, etc. i googled several times to find phone number to contact the "legal" place and could not find it again. NOW on phone with this C*** company trying to explain situation and being told that i am basically SCREWED on refund, even tho i tried to find any information.now, CSR said supervisor will cancel membership and issue refund....DO NOT USE THIS ILLegal RESOURCE!!!
