Went to ************* in Woodland Hills ** Saturday June 3 morning. After getting my ticket, the guy said it would be about an hour. That was really longer than I was comfortable waiting but I was already there so I agreed. I saw people who arrived after me come and go while my car sat in the same parking spot. When an hour had gone by, I asked the ticket guy about it. It was clear my car had been overlooked. He put 2 guys on it to get it done quicker. I was already running late for where I needed to be next so when they called that it was done I just collected car and left. When I parked, I noticed it still was pretty dirty in many places. I couldnt bring it back the next day as it was my birthday and I already had family commitments. Brought it back Monday morning (June 5) and explained the situation. The guy said I paid for $25 wash which is just lightly clean. He repeated this. For $25 I would expect a clean car not something I rub my finger on a couple inches and it is black. The guy would not have the car rewashed even though they had almost no cars there since Id only paid for a light wash - although he indicated maybe if I'd have brought it back Sunday (which I wasn't available to). I feel they should have washed the car when I returned to give it the proper clean it should have gotten the first time around. Not sure what has happened to customer service anymore!Initial Complaint

2/18/23 Went for a car wash in the morning with my 08 ***** civic and paid for the #2 interior and exterior wash and vacuum with tire armor all special. was in a rush and left in a hurry to pick up a friend. I was told about some stains on my seats and water spots on my windows that could be taken care of with a detailing on another day Picked up friend who mentioned my car looked dirty and I had told him I had just gotten it washed.Took the car back and talked to the on-site supervisor and asked what a #2 covers and they said it was an exterior wash with tire spray and interior vacuum.I mentioned that I was disappointed at how dirty my car was overall.exterior: windows had sap on it still, large easily removed with finger smudges, rims were very dirty und lazily cleaned and wiped away with finger.interior: dash was very dusty and dirty. all mats and underneath still had lots of debris and crumbs and seats were the same. nothing was vacuumed properly.staff began cleaning my car again and I kept finding new things that were uncleaned and did not have time for a second proper wash. I let them know that I don't have time and asked for a refund.on-site manager passed me to the receptionist ***** who was super nice and friendly and called the off-site supervisor named ****. **** spoke to ***** and stated to ***** who relayed to me that there are no refunds and I asked if it would be possible to speak to him about how dirty my car was. ***** relayed to me that **** had said no and that he had hung up the phone call on ****** I would highly advise against doing business with them
