      Filed for State Disability and cant get my disability benefits bc Kaiser WHROIU has not processed since April 11,2024 and when I call and send email every person from Kaiser ask,Caregiver you want to be a caregiver. 2 emails sent and received 1 confirmation but told to tell the doctor to place an assessment in my ok.org and doctor tells me he doesnt know how to do that. The doctors nurse states she doesnt understand why they are asking bc she filed for disability in January and she did not have to do that she just sent in the confirmation number from state disability and it was processed. I call to speak to kaiser Hillcrest in *********************** no call back from the Administration that oversees the facility. I have no money or food to buy basically homeless and cant get resolution bc Kaiser wants me to do their job when they can call the doctor explain . I disability bc there is a time limit on the paperwork and they tell me go back tell Kaiser ur confirmation number and it should be resolved. Pls pls I need Kaiser to complete my disability form online so that I can get money to live on. Kaiser calls me back today after filing a complain and said is this for a caregiver. Kaiser needs to read the complaint and then call me. 2 emails & many many voicemails to Kaiser and to get a call bank to say,You need to explain to me! Very frustrating with such a huge company but cant look at my file to see what I need. I cant use my hands and compl disabled. My number to speak to my aunt bc she is helping me is ************.

      ************** is obsessed with telephones. I work at a secure site and can not make or receive any phone calls. After trying to reach me by phone an unknown number of times, they started contacting me next of kin and harassing her instead.

      I called to schedule a check up/preventative care **************************** newly assigned primary physician so she could meet her new Doctor and ask some general questions about some minor minor concerns we had about her hygiene. Preventative care and annual exams are 100% covered under our medical plan and due to the incorrect labeling of the visit, they charged me a $95 copay! This is infuriating as they stated it was there error when I called the billing dept and was promised a refund months ago which has still not been received and appears to now have been declined by the provider! It was a 15 minute visit in which nothing was actually done by the doctor but a simple meet and greet. This is not the first time I have had to complaint to ****** about their deceptive and predatory billing process/actions! I feel they purposely mislabeled and classified the visit to earn higher billing revenue. They need to be careful on how they schedule visits and also be more transparent on how the visits are classified so that the patients are aware upfront about the billing for certain visits!!! he charge was billed in person to myself using my *** debit card on 1/22/2022. Please investigate and assist with a proper resolution.

      Hello, Kaiser Permanente is constantly charging me over my plan and even after a talk with billing department (*****************), the situation is not solved. They claimed that they have unpaid medical services since Sept 2020 that needed to be paid and they sent me the bill one year later !!! and that are in the right to do so. If they were in the right, why they did not put the bill into the calendar year where it belongs, but in the next calendar year (see payment history)? It is outrageous what they are doing and nobody to stop them! Yesterday I just received another bill in which they DARE to claim that is past due!!! They were the ones they didn't sent the bill last year and now they are threatening??? They need to be forced to correct each claim with the correct date of either billing or date of service and send the bills on time. I need to be reimbursed by the amount over ****** which is my max for 2021, in the amount of ******** Kind regards, **** ********
