I purchased a jacket and a mystery shorts bundle (order no. SISR289541) on October 16, 2023, for $66.71. I was only sent my sherpa jacket, so I emailed the company. They told me that sherpa items would ship separately and that my shorts would ship in 2-5 weeks. My shorts have still not been shipped and I have received no update about the status of them. Many other people are having the same issues.Initial Complaint

Ordered 10/26 2 hoodies didn't say time would be 6 weeks to ship now these were gifts and they are going out of business apparently and I got a tracking ********************** which says it's been sitting at there location since Nov 17 I'm not going to get these on time I cannot email them the mails do not have current listings them say *** not ***m so I have been charged and lied too and want answers !Initial Complaint

Hello,Its has been over a month since I placed an order and I still have not received order. I have sent two emails with zero response. I am not the only one this has happened too, and they are not responding to me. If they cannot fulfill order, they need to give me a full refund. The Sisters Apparel business appears to be a scam as they have not shipped product nor responded to any emails or comments on their instagram page regarding where order is and who can help me with issue.Initial Complaint

(ORDER HISTORY)Order # SISR287878 October 13, 2023 Paid $108.50 I ordered: Mystery Sweatpants Bundle (2 Sweats) - Large ($35) / COLD BREW JACKET - M ($24.50) / Mystery Tee Bundle (2 Tees) - Medium ($25) / RAINBOW SHERBET HOODIE - Large ($24)My package tracing # was ****** ********************** I "received" the package on November 1st 2023 around noon. I check the mail, grab the package and walk home and I open it up and there's only 1 item in the bag (I got the cold brew jacket only) I have reached out to ************************* in many ways -as many as I could but due to me being a fan I can't ensure my messages are getting to him. The company website has a customer service email that is unreachable. I received a help email in my order receipt (************************************) and it doesn't exist, I can't email it successfully. I am being robbed of my money and it's unfair that they won't reach out to resolve this issue.
