On ********** my child who is 11 took my debit card and ordered a vape and a vape related product. I called the company and was told to return the product and they would refund the purchase. The gentleman who ans. the phone but did not give me his name. Told me my 11 year old committed a felony but he has kids and would not report it. There should be some safeguards in place so a child can not do this. There were two charges one for ***** which included **** delivery fee. The 2nd charge was for ***** who h included another **** delivery fee. Both products came in the same package. I was refunded ***** when the total was ****** I would like the other ***** refunded.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/22) */ On our records on January 1, 2021, ************** purchased vape supplies online and requested the supplies to be delivered at her home address at: ************************************************* ******. ****** was able to validate all the security questions and information that was requested to complete and verify prior to approval of the transaction. A couple days later*************** called and asked why her credit card was being charge with out her approval. Upon researching back on our records, We determined that **************** child ********** who unknowingly a minor fraudulently not just used**************** credit card but imposed as an adult of age. (which is a felony by the way). In good faith since tobacco products are not federally returnable, I offered to take the products back and disposed them as a loss and give *************** a full credit of the products but not the shipping to be fair. She verbally acknowledge and agreed to resolve this issue. A few days later we received the returned product from ****** and evidently gave her the credit back into the same credit card that was used to purchase. We have the proof and the record of the credit issued to support as a proof. Two days after she called again wondering why she did not get a full credit for the shipping, I explain to her that we had agreed to take the products back but not the shipping since we can't resell the product sold and consider it a loss, she then threaten to report BBB.
