Unfortunately this is not true, we did work at the house according to contract and also worked on pulling permit . when we got corrections from the city inspector regarding previous work that the client did with a different conractor, we told her that if she want us to fix those items it will be a change order. she refuse to do it.

at this point we are going to place a mechanical lien and peruse the client for breach of contract.

In February 2022, I entered into a Home Improvement Contract with Framework to remodel three bathrooms at my home which work was to be completed sometime in April or May of 2022. I have paid Framework the sum of $20,000 in progress payments. The work contracted for is not completed. All of the work which has been completed was accomplished by unlicensed personnel with little or no supervision. The work performed to date was accomplished in a substandard manner and without permits or inspections, and will need to be completely undone and re-accomplished properly. Much of the work to date has caused, is causing or may soon cause additional damage to my home. After Framework's repeated failure to correct the substandard work, plumbing leaks and electrical issues, they abandoned my project. In April, 2022, I filed a complaint for workmanship and abandonment with the Contractors ******************* and contacted ************************** of the ******* ("Hartford") to begin the process to file a claim against the bond. The bond company for 2021-2022, Hartford, stated to me in correspondence dated July 12, 2022 that "Hartford has received numerous claims which exceed the penal limit of the bond." Contractor's current bond company, The *****************************, stated to me on August 26, 2022 that "there is another claim on the bond and one matter in litigation on the $15,000.00 bond." Additionally, Framework is currently listed as the defendant in five litigation filings in LA and OC for fraud and construction defect. Framework has rebuffed all efforts to resolve this matter and has ignored not only my attorney but their current and previously bond companies as well.

We had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience working with this nightmarish company and their incompetent staff. We hired them originally to replace and level subfloors and demo old flooring but their sales rep ***** kept pointing out other problems with our house and assured me they could handle it. When I told ***** we couldn't use them because we needed asbestos clearance and remediation from a company that specializes in those things and ***** insisted that his company could get our entire house cleared of asbestos and get us the proper paperwork for that. Once ***** insisted all the work had been finished I went to check the house and the subfloor had only been HALF replaced and the asbestos tile was still in the house, there was trash everywhere, and some of the work was done incorrectly and haphazardly and worst of all they completely demolished over 500 square foot of tile flooring that had been remodeled already. When I told ***** the work wasn't done and they destroyed flooring that would cost us thousands of dollars to replace he accused me of "making things up" and "saying things that aren't true". Eventually he came to check the house and realized I was right and vaguely apologized but said they "had to" remove all our tile because they were "checking for asbestos". Even if that's true he should have called me first to ask if it was okay to remove an extra 500 square feet of tile. There was no asbestos under any of it because it had already been remodeled and abated. They did fix the rest of the subfloor upstairs but the work is rough and sloppy. They also said they "removed" all construction trash but they just filled our home garbage cans with it. In the end they left tile glue all over our slab and said they can't level the floor they damaged so we have to pay for that on top of all new flooring in a room that should have been left alone. It's devastating for us financially. Almost $40000 for this.

i signed a contract with framework on 08/2/2021 to build a pool and remodel my backyard (pavers, artificial turf, BBQ island, and fireplace). followed by 3 contracts to remodel the front yard and install a fence and waterfall for the pool. total coast of the project is 246,700$, I paid 236k and owe them 10k.the contractor didn't do BBQ island, fireplace, didn't finish the flooring (pavers/ turf) and didn't do water supply for the pool. didn't get permits for the gas line and the patio. I contacted ***** "the contractor" and the projects manager at the company "***" several times over the last 2 months and the keep on saying that they will take care of the situation and nothing happens. recently i spoke to ***** and he told me that they stopped serving my area and he cant find workers to go to Lancaster. and he offered me to terminate the contract. but i refused because the amount of job remaining worth more then the amount of money I owe them.

*** the project manager called me on July 20th to convince me to cancel my complain and they will finish the job ,I asked them to finish at least the pending job like the pool and the artificial turf and the pavers, and give me my permits for the pool, patio and gas line, so this way we can reach a settlement. they agreed on my offer but so far nothing happened. and they didn't start working on the pending work, on my end I hired a new contractor to finish for me the bbq and the fireplace. but on framework side they didn't do anything so far.
in addition, they told me that they only have a permit for the pool, and the patio and the gas line they didn't do permits for them. but the contract says that they will do all required permits.

We entered a contract with this company In December 2021 for 5 projects to be done. They were unable to perform 3 of the 5 jobs, resulting in a refund of $*******. The owner is now refusing to pay us back our rightful money after he has admitted that he owes us. He is now back tracking and trying to get us to sign a settlement letter to remove our reviews on the experience we had with them in order for us to receive our rightful money back. I will be attaching the settlement letter stating they would refund us back only if we removed reviews as well as corresponding emails. He is trying to silence us by holding our refund hostage. This is bad business practice as it is rightful money owed back. We should not have to sign anything to receive our money back. We want our money back for services uncompleted.
