Remodeling contract signed in November 2021. The contractor promised us high quality, we received the opposite. They demand payment for incomplete and shoddy work. Numerous issues with workmanship, lack of oversight and delays. Promised custom cabinetry, cabinets are low quality, split and uneven. Designed improperly. Flaws in design. Failure to supervise vendors and employees, unsafe working and living conditions. Their project managers and salespeople are condescending and rude.Business response

The ADU was built to code, per industry standard, per the plans, and was completed on time. While ****************** may have some concerns regarding the manner of the events, there is no question that My Home Builders, Inc. strives to provide its customers with only the best service and workmanship and will continue to do so. My Home Builders wishes ****************** the best and hopes they enjoy their ADU for years to come. Consumer Response /* (3000, 16, 2022/11/22) */ We are very unhappy with this company, their workmanship and business dealings are terrible. Other customers need to be warned off hiring this company. ***** Business Response /* (4000, 18, 2022/12/02) */ Again, we hope that ****************** enjoy their ADU, which was built to code, per industry standard, per the plans, and completed on time. ******************' ADU is still under warranty, and any concerns regarding workmanship should be forwarded directly to the company so that we can continue to service ******************' ADU, as we do all of our customers, in an effective, efficient, and friendly manner. We continue to wish ****************** the best and hope they enjoy their ADU for years to come.
