      **************** for the provider line is horrible. I don't mind the wait time I get it BUT what really frustrates me is when the Reps answer your call but do not answer or you can hear background noise and yet they still don't answer. If they cannot take calls they should stop letting calls through and have us waste our time having to call back three times!

      The worst insurance I have ever had. It is almost July and I haven't been successful yet with using my insurance for 2024. I can't wait for open enrollment. Absolutely terrible. We should all get together and do a class action lawsuit and put them out of business. Health Net seems like a scam.

      **************** calls always go to offshore agents who cannot answer a single question. They connect to the wrong numbers instead of actually solving the issue. If you always have connect with someone in the **, why cant our calls go to them in the first instance. Total waste of time and worst customer service calls.

      A grievance was filed, and the outcome is: Health Net is an equal opportunity employer. While some agents may have an accent, we can assure you that all representatives speak fluent English and have been extensively trained to assist with health plan related questions. Additionally, if you feel that you need to speak with a different representative, please request to be transferred to an onshore agent and they will be sure to transfer you. Please note, hold times may vary.

      Utter, absolute scum. I've had this insurance for two months since losing my job, and I still haven't been able to see a specialist for any of my ongoing medical issues. At every turn their administrative side has screwed up, assigning me to the wrong primary care doctor, mixing up records, and forcing me to spend hours on the phone with customer service. Every time I think I've cleared up whatever mess HealthNet made, I find out there's something else that's required before I can see a doctor - a code that wasn't written down somewhere, a form that needs to be faxed from one person to the other (no, the forms CANNOT be emailed, they MUST be faxed, since it's still 1996 at HealthNet). I'm growing resigned to the fact that I might just die before HealthNet ever lets me get any sort of treatment. Stay away from these good for nothing crooks.

      After researching the members issue, Health net was able to confirm with provider and member that referral was processed correctly member no longer needed assistance from the health plan.

      Most of the numbers provided by the insurance are not in service. The help line does not provide doctors either.This is a fraudulent health care provider that cheap business owners use to save money on providing healthcare to their employees. Do not use these guys, it's a waste of money, it's a fake provider.

      This company is the worst. I have called every phone number they have listed in their website and they cannot seem to figure out that they need to change me from ******** to the actual plan I pay for under my employer Smartcare HMO. I am trying to get my medication approved but between Healthnet and Optum, they processed my account as ********* They themselves have a hard time finding my account and just keep giving me the runaround. IT WAS EASIER TO GO THROUGH CANCER THAN TO DEAL WITH HEALTHNET AND OPTUM!!!

      I have not seen a DR yet. I have had insurance almost 2 months and they keep getting my primary wrong. I am running low on my medication and I have been on the customer service line for a total of 19 calls I am so upset and I feel like I am getting anxiety from being on hold for a total of a hour and fifteen minutes on one call. I hung up and I called again to get an off shore person who had difficulty speaking and understanding my needs. I have learned to avoid the off shore help and ask for someone in the **. I am currently on hold as we speak I am so upset and mentally exhausted. I truly hope this is my last call. I had ********** previously and only called twice in 20 years. I miss them

      This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They keep taking money but not providing service. I have been on the phone with them for more than 10 hours over the last 3 weeks. I have talked to 8 people on their escalation team. Everyone just wants to pass the buck and get off the phone without fixing the problem. They say they'll call back if you get disconnected but you never hear from them again. Only one of them has even tried. I was promised that someone from the grievance team would call me by close of business, never heard from anyone. This company clearly doesn't care. Even their own people are frustrated with the incompetence. It's no wonder their rating is so terrible. They've earned it. I want to hear from someone from HealthNet but don't think for a second that I ever will. This is just ridiculous.

      Members account was excepted by covered California on April 10, 2024 and a 834 form was sent to HealthNet that same day. Member did receive his prescription on April 10, 2024 at Rite Aid. It was confirmed that member (****) called her primary care provider on May 1,2024 to make an appointment however when the provider ran her insurance in the health net portal, it reflected that she was not active. The root cause is that the member canceled their health plan and reapplied for the exact same health plan, which caused a delay with their plan, and the member reflecting, active and health net's system.

      I have really nothing good to say about them so far. I don't know why they provide a number on the back of the insurance that calls a member service that cannot help you and has to transfer you leading to unnecessary wait times. I have been trying to log into the member portal but they "Can't find a member that matches my information" or it says "That email already exists" when I type in my member ID and date of birth. Makes no sense. Can't wait for open enrollment to be able to drop them and go back to ********** Blue Shield.

      Resolution: Member wife ********* would need to call into Health Net at ************** so they could delete her account since she register her account using the members email address and so member is able to register his account under his own email address.
