I was side swiped by one of this companies insured yesterday morning on my drivers side while coming down a one lane road-approximately at ************************************************************. The driver of the other vehicle was apparently coming out of a parking lot at approximately ******************************* As I was starting to take off her car came from my left side out of no where, swiping my drivers side bumper and damaging the right side of her rear passenger door and tire bumber. We immediately pulled over to ***** the situation at approximately ******************************* She explained that she was under the impression that the car behind me was giving her the signal to go and she somehow ended up speeding in front of me, swiping my car in the process. Because more damage was done to her vehicle this company is telling me that I hit this lady on MY drivers side on a 2-way-1-lane each direction as cars were headed her way north and only one lane of traffic on the side of the road she was turning to!!! When talking to the representative *************************, she was extremely condescending and not taking into account what actually happened at all. I am a black woman hit by a white woman who obviously cried wolf too another white woman. I have heard several instances of racism with this company who does not even insure black people!!! There are police cameras at the corner near where this happened that I will have pulled off necessary!!! I will not be discriminated against in this way!! If I hit that woman, I'd have no problem admitting that and certainly wouldn't be filing this complaint. All I want is to be paid for the damage that their insured did to my car!!! And to not be treated like c*** by their adjusters over something that was NOT my fault!!!!!
