      These people make false claims such as, we prepare your "expert defense," then hand you a document with so many grammatical errors it could've been written by a 3rd grader. They send numerous emails with statements such as, "you don't have to fill out paperwork" then you retain their services with money and the next set of emails are, "...legally you must provide us with exactly what you would like to say." They tell you they've been in business over 20 years and completed thousands of tickets but say it's illegal for them to share their success percentage. When you get into trouble with the law and you feel its unjustified, it puts us in a vulnerable state and clouds our judgement. I went against my own better judgement thinking I should just give it a shot and I end up truly regretting it. I could've found the forms and filled them out for free but now I just spent an extra $100 thinking these people would provide me with a educated fighting chance. The only thing I am guilty of is believing their bold claims and salesman-like statements. The fact they remain in business after preying on the helplessness of their consumers is what ***** about this country. Save your money, get the legal documents yourself and get help from the court library for free! It's worth fighting on your own. You may get lucky with the court but it's not worth hiring this company and adding to your debt to still lose.

      The customer engaged our services to complete a trial by written declaration.  They read all the terms and checked all boxes agreeing to those terms.  We completed the documents per the terms of the services.  The fact that the customer states they could have done this themselves has nothing to do with the fact that they hired us to complete the documents and we did such and fullfilled the services.

      All this company does is send a questionnaire and then generates a generic template to print out. If you read it yourself it sounds like it was automatically created they charge $100 then try to dupe you into $69 annual payments Before the service I had some hope after it though I was like this company is just some company to bank off the idea of trial by written declaration you can just print yourself and do

      I hired Get dismissed on 5/17/2022 to get help rid of traffic ticket. I paid about $110 to clear my ticket, and I was successful. I had no complaint about the service itself. But, a year later in May 2023, I found a charge of $59 on my credit card that I never agreed to pay. I called them, and they said that it was a yearly insurance that renews automatically. I told them I didn't need an insurance, and I wanted the insurance cancelled. Basically, they explained to me that the moment I signed the first payment, it was automatic renewal of yearly insurance unless I cancelled it. So, it was my responsibility to figure out that they signed up the renewal behind my back, and it was my responsibility to figure out and cancel it. If it is truly an insurance, I am supposed to cancel it any time. Correct?

      The consumer did engage our service and also engaged our traffic ticket protection that does renew once a year unless cancelled.  She may have forgot she did this.  As we do not we anyone charged if they do not want to renew we always send out 3 separate emails one week apart telling them to turn off the auto renew if they do not want this.  She did not do this and it renewed.  We are always happy to refund consumers that get charged in error however she already filed a credit card dispute and now we cannot refund as this is with the credit card companies to decide.

      I got a red-light traffic ticket in ************** **********. My fine was $500. I paid ************ $99 to write a trial by declaration for me. I gave them 7 reasons my ticket should get dismissed. They used 1. They are not attorneys or lawyers. I was found guilty so the traffic court kept my $500 bail. GetDissmissed kept my $99 and now I have to pay $56 for traffic school. That is $655 for my ticket. DO NOT WASTED YOUR MONEY ON ************!!Total waste of money.You can write your own trial by declaration and do it better with the free forms from the traffic court.

      You paid us to provide you your defense package to fight your ticket, we did that and completed the service you paid us to complete. Just becuase you have 7 reasons your ticket should get dismissed doesn't mean it will as its a court case and the judge decides, not you. Sorry to hear you were found guilty. We do our best to assist our clients in getting every ticket they can dismissed but not everyone does as the decision is always up to the court.

      Date of the transaction: 7/11/2022 Amount: $108 Business commitment: Provide Trial by Written Declaration and defense documents.Nature of the dispute: Trial by Written Declaration form was rejected by the court as it was not submitted using required form. That caused additional expenses on my side. The defense documents were not defending my case, but rather setting it up to fail. The sentences it the defense documents' sentences were contradicting to each other and were simply copied from various sources without event trying to reflect the case and appeared to be disconnected.Resolution: business has not tried to resolve the problem, instead I was assured that everything is as it suppose to be.Order number: GDTID236643

      The client hired us to provide him his trial by written declaration and defense package. We have done that and have also provide it properly to the client. The client incorrectly states that his defense was rejected by the court because we used incorrect forms. This is not true. We use the required state provided documents the same as we have done for 18 years and tens of thousands of tickets in CA. You can also see by the note the court sent him that he did NOT fill out his bail check properly and as such was negligent and the court returned the documents. As we have provided the client the full service he engaged us to provide there is no refund.

      This site is a worthless waste of time and money. They just make you file your own Trial By Declaration after stealing $130 from you. You can go to court and file a Trial by Declaration by yourself without this site. That is the one and only service they provide. Telling you to file your own court case. This site will not file the case for you. They will not mail documents. They will not aid you at your court appearance. They will not discuss your case with you. They do absolutely nothing of substance and deserve to be shut down. GetDismissed is a scam.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/18) */ ******** was very confused. He paid for us to provided him his full defense package and trial by written declaration so that he can fight his traffic ticket. We did that and provided him the full service that he paid for. Instead of following our instruction he wanted us to mail his defense package to him so he didn't have to download it just like tens of thousands of other people have been able to do. We did this for him free of charge. We also provided him an extension on his ticket free of charge

      I purchased this service Friday after work on June 10th and was provided a supposedly "package" that I can mail to the court to fight my traffic ticket in a few days. I woke up before going to work on Monday June 13th to check my email on my phone and to my surprise it was just a pdf that was generic one that can be downloaded from the courthouse and they just pasted the words I answered into the pages. I immediately ask about trying to get a refund since this did not seem like something worth providing to the court with a chance to dismiss or win my case. They told me there is no refunds. I went back to look at some testimonies and reviews since I started feeling like I didn't get what I paid for and wanted to see if others had similar experiences as I did. To my surprise, their actually website only has 5 star reviews only which was why I felt confident in reaching out to them in the first place. it was only after a week and a week after that I got a text message stating if I leave a positive review for them, they will mail me a $10 amazon gift card as a appreciation in return. This was when I felt even more suspicious as to why they needed reviews. When I googled their business and looked at other places for reviews like Google review and Yelp, I was shocked at how many reviews that were the same as mine were left in between numerous amount of fake 5 star reviews. Keep in mind, most of the time they want you to leave a review before your court date so it is very hard to say if the service even helped anyone. I feel like the services and what they advertise is definitely misleading. They do their best to be nice for you to pay over the phone or on their website and that is the only communication I have had with them

He states that we provided him a generic package that can be downlaod from the court. that is incorrect. we prepared a full defense package based on his ticket and how he answered our questions. He states that we have fake reviews on google, first off he has no basis to make that judgement as he does not know the users that posted the review. and more importantly EVERY SINGLE review is from a REAL PERSONS EXPERIENCE. As we already completed the services this person requested us to provide we cannot provide a refund.

      I called getdismissed.com to get information on their services and paid $108 over the phone this morning. Within a minute I received an email from them to follow steps online. While going through those steps, the last step was the agreement that I needed to sign electronically. I realized that the service is not what I am looking for so I called them and asked about who will write the declaration for my ticket. I did not sign the online form. The lady said it is computer generated from the form that I fill out online. I told that her this is not what I understood and wish to cancel. So for they had not done anything and it is within the hour of paying. She refuse to cancel. Clearly this business is misleading on the phone and hoping somebody won't catch it. I even sent them an email right away. Another note, the guy never told me that this is membership that I paying for. This company is a *****.

      I got a speeding ticket around March and started to use GetDismissed.com for their service. At the start, they were trying to convince me that there was a high likelihood of getting tickets dismissed, which is why I spent them. I sent their documents to the court and it didn't help at all. The court is asking me to still pay the full price and go to traffic school. Thinking backward, this was a scam to me. At this stage, I am still working with them given that I understood there are probabilities of not dismissing a ticket at all due to everyone's case is different. I have been actively working with them to get the free traffic school, which is part of the service they provided in case the ticket is not dismissed. They directed me to a website named******************************* and ensured me that the service will be free. I tried multiple times and talked with customer services multiple times to get the service. It was almost impossible and at the end, their customer service asked me to contact ******************* directly. This was crazy to me as this was part of their service not ********************** responsibilities. Now thinking backwards, this service is an overall scam.

No this is NOT a scam as we have been doing this for over 18 years and thousands of tickets have been dismissed. Yes the consumer has an option to take traffic school, we provided her that option via ************************ Her issue is that they is not following the instructions properly and we instructed her to contact the traffic school for proper log in. She must do that and can take the course.

      On March 4, 2022, I realized getdismissed.com charged my credit card $59 without my permission for a service I did not need or request. I have tried to get ahold of them unsuccessfully. I once used their services in 2019. I have not realized that they have been charging my card annually without my permission. I tried to get a hold of them but no one ever answers the line that I was given by credit card provider. I am very dissatisfied with them as they have been stealing money from me without my consent or knowledge. Please be advised that I have a very demanding job and I get off of work very late. I've tried calling on my lunch breaks and after work with no success in reaching anyone.

At that time, she also engaged our traffic ticket protection so that if she gets any other tickets in the next 12 months we help her for free. She agreed to these terms and authorized the charge and the yearly renewal. Every year we send out 3 emails to remind her that the renewal in coming up and to turn it off if she did not want to renew. This is in accordance with the rules and regulations for yearly renewals. She never turned of the renewal so it was renewed. She also NEVER tried to email or call us about this as we monitor and respond to our email and we answer every phone call. She did NOT call. All charges are valid.
