On Sep 13, 2023 I was contacted by ****** from Discover The Best of Magazine via phone from number ************** regarding their magazine. On Sep 14, 2023, ***************************** **************, a sales man came to my house. I was offered an add to run for 30 weeks. The magazine will be distributed in 2 local Publix stores and placed in the free publication rack. There will be 50 promotional advertising spots on local television. Both of these I will have an opportunity to help to design. In addition, I will be listed on their website. I paid for back cover add for a total of $1800.The magazine placement in 2 Publix stores at different times. ************ was Dec between the holidays. *************, ** first week of Jan 2024.On Jan 12, 2024 I reached out to the company, via email to ****** ******************* on Jan 12, 2024 requesting the change of placement of the magazine, as it is not on display but merely thrown on a bottom shelf of the newspaper shelf. At the ************* store, its behind a bread display shelf. The magazine are not displayed or visible to the average shopper. Sent them several pictures with the emails. I received a response from ******, that she has reached out to ******** who supposedly coordinates with the distributor. I followed up with ****** a few times, as I was not getting any correspondence from ********. Reached out to ****** to get another contact to reach out to. I was told her supervisor is ***************** can be reached at ******************** Emailed March 5, 2024 and received no response as of today.I texted my sales man **** on Jan 25, 2024. Never received a response. There are no advertising listings on their website and there have not been any TV design emails come through as of today. This company has breached their contract by not displaying the magazine on a publication rack but hiding it on the bottom shelf, not having my company advertised on their website and by failing to do any TV adds as of today.

I was approached in August and a meeting was requested because the deadline for the advertising was within days. The sent out a salesman I will attach the notes we took during that meeting. In summary I was told I would have a monthly ad in their magazine, that could be changed monthly (and that I would receive an email each month asking for that months ad and what the deadline was) and the first deadline for the ad was due within days. I submitted copy 8/24 for the September magazine. I was also promised ** ads. I reached out to them 9/25 wondering why I hadnt been contacted for the ** ad or for Octobers ad copy. I was then told that the magazine hadnt even gone to print yet, ANY magazine. I was then told that there was only one magazine for entirety of the contract and that I couldnt change the ad for the magazine or the tv. I was told at the time I signed the contract that the total of participation was $1875 but if I paid in full on that date it would be $1600. I paid $1000 down and was told on the day I talked to the salesman that if I paid $600 on the date of the first invoice the discount would be honored. When they called for the first payment I was then informed that I had to pay the full $875 and that they dont make such deals. So I signed on contract on 8/5 and paid $1000 down, when they called for the first payment I gave them my debit card (they did not ask to keep it on file) they have now charged my debit card 3 times, once with my permission twice without and I have received ZERO advertising over two months later. I dont want to be associated with this business that preys upon small businesses.

*************** (phone ************) from "Exploring the finest" magazine AKA ************ reached out to our business on February, 2023 to offer full page printed advertising on a Magazine that was supposed to be distribute in 4 HEB stores in the *******, ***** area by April 15, 2023. Then *********************** (phone ************) met with ** to reserved printed space for ** on the magazine. We gave them a check for $698 payable to ************, and then the company ************ had withdrawal from our account $465.67 on March 27 and $465.67 on April 28. I have contacted *************** and I was told that the magazine should have been out in April. I visited all the 4 HEB stores were this magazine should have been distributed but there were none of their magazines. I have been calling all, ***************, *********************** and the company ************** number and I have not been able to speak to anyone, it just says to leave a message. I search them online and they do have a Website but no contact information for customer service. This site needs to be taken down as they seem to be fraudulent and fake.

This company has collected funds to place Magazine and Cable TV ads. This was done in December 2021. They have NOT completed the signed contract we paid in full for. They do not return calls or emails. BIG SCAM! We want our money back or complete the contract that we paid for. The Magazine Ad was to be full time every week and so far ONE TIME for our area in a Magazine drop. The TV Cable Ads have NEVER been done. We have called and emailed and get Nothing in return.

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/07/11) */ SEE ATTACHED Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/07/12) */ I have reviewed the response and see the same old information. The TV Ads have never been done and they keep saying the same thing. It's been over 6 months with No Ads on Cable TV yet they just keep saying it will be ready in two weeks. No return calls or emails. Just the same old lie. Business Response /* (4000, 18, 2022/07/28) */ SEE RESPONSE IN ATTACHED Consumer Response /* (4200, 20, 2022/07/28) */ Same old response as the last one. Now it's been more than an additional 2 weeks and now 7 months and No Cable TV Ads
