Jerry ****** is supper helpful. Jerry and his team is very nice and efficient. He has worked very hard to find the best deal for me and locked the rate right before the interest rate hikes. He also negociated for me with the lender to reduce the lender fee. I would definitely recommand Jerry to anybody who needs to buy a home or investment property.

After doing a lot of research Lendevity was the best overall solution to our lending needs. They had the best rate of all lenders we reviewed. Since we were building a new house we wanted a longer-term rate lock which only Lendevity could provide, but still at a lower rate than other lenders for shorter term rate locks. In fact, not even the builder believed our rate but it turned out to be the 'real deal'. Throughout the process Lendevity was extremely helpful and communicated regularly. If we had a question someone was always able to answer it immediately or within a few hours. At the end of the process, looking back, every promise they made was delivered. There were no surprises. We wholeheartedly recommend Lendevity for your housing mortgage needs.

This is my second refi with Lendevity and the experience was as incredible as the first! The communication and support throughout the process is truly something unique. We just completed a refinance with Lendevity. Jennifer/**** made it very easy and we finished the refinance in 3 weeks, at better terms than originally promised, which did not increase our mortgage, lowered our interest rate, was at no cost to us, and now we pay monthly $400 less than before. Essentially everything that other's junk e-mail and mail usually promises you but never turns out to be true. But with Lendevity it turned out to be true. We were skeptical at first but now we are happy we picked them!
