The last person I spoke to said he was the owner and was literally cursing at me on the phone and yelling extremely aggressively using the worst language you could imagine. That's no way to treat your customers! I first spoke to ********* who works at Hanks Tires and he gave me a price on the phone telling me they would throw the alignment and labor on them. When my wife showed up they charged her $80 for labor after selling us the tires each for $30 more than their competitors! Buying the tires at a more expensive price is on us. We should've done better research but pulling a nasty switch and bait by getting us to come to the shop and then changing the deal was definitely not ok and left us with a horrible feeling.I spoke to the owner and he immediately started yelling and cursing at me. I was actually shocked at how rude and aggressive he was. He wouldnt tell me his name and his coworkers wouldnt tell me either which is super shady. I then called back to try and speak with someone more reasonable, yet they mentioned they would call me back shortly to resolve and never did. The service is terrible and they're way overpriced. I don't typically leave 1 star reviews but I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.Initial Complaint
