First year under warranty: I had my car checked n mechanic wrote "coolant leak" at top of page, not fixed that day. I thought by what they told me i would have to pay for them to see what the problem was. almost second year into car's warranty: got that coolant leak fixed n oil leak as well as many other things wrong with the car. almost a year later w warranty just expired: same coolant leak and oil leak again. I haven't got it fixed due to lack of help from vw w lemon law. third issue happened in first year and very prominent in third year of car: infotainment system is going out. Sirius radio station gets stuck on the last preset played even when car is turned off, some sirius station presets delete when i delete them but then come back to same station even tho i change it to a new station preset. Also radio stations bounce back to one station every time u move it away to another station preset. Also, when using media n phone calls, the system shuts down, i lose the call and it resets every-time, so when I'm driving n that happens, I have to connect to bluetooth n my media n such again n again. Happens about once every half hour while driving.Business response

Consumer Response /* (-5, 9, 2022/10/21) */ I have spoken with the manager ******** at winn vw hills dealership. She said they cannot help me because for my car to be a lemon it has to have the same issues 3x. I have not heard back yet from vw business office which is across the street from their dealership either. I would appreciate any help concerning this matter, whether that be in the way of receiving compensation cash (doesn't have to be the full amount i have paid on the car w payments but to be compensated for some would really help me out, or trading in the car for something else. If through arbitration we all can work something out so I can return the car and receive some sort of compensation I would appreciate that rather than just turning in the car and losing all. Thank you very much.
