To Whom it may concern,
As a community outreach organization the services you received were for enrollment support; with your specific case the programs we assist with in your area are Lifeline and ACP. If you got approved for your government application with us for ACP and due to the program ending on May 31st, yet the carrier ending free service plans on June 15th we can see why this happened . Please contact Excess Telecom to get switched over to a free monthly ***************** That should help out tremendously. As for not having service please check the ******** network in your vicinity for how strong it is and in the event you need customer support please notify the carrier Excess Telecom as we are provide enrollment support not customer service support at ************** or at excesstelecom.com to get anything resolved.
Thank You for your patience and understanding.

I am rejecting this response because: giving me free lifeline is not internet, I am not interested in that program what so ever. The internet offer was pushed right before expiration to rid them of the devices they purchased at a cost to the taxpayer, the booth in front of the grocery store opened for that purpose only, they were never there in the two plus years the program was in full effect only when it expired were they pushing us to sign *** hopes we would switch to the paid system. What do I expect? Nothing! Not from them or anyone that might hold them accountable
Sincerely,

Hello *****,
The Federal Lifeline program provides free monthly data and internet services just like the *** program for those who qualify. If you choose to not take advantage of the programs available to you we do understand and thank you for your time.
As an outreach organization we launched our services into ****** prior to the *** bill not being refunded. Weve been in ******** for the last 6 months. Due to the program not refunding we did stop assisting the community in **** for the time being. At this time we are grateful to have access to lifeline program to continue to serve the community and are now back helping those in need.
At this time we value your input and feedback.
Best Regards,
The Outreach Team
