      I purchased $2,051.49 worth of product from this company on June 20, 2024 only to have them not produce any of it. I was really hoping to have this merchandise to help promote my new business. I have tried contacting them numerous times only to be ignored. I hope they are brought to justice for this theft.

      I Purchased on June 7th, 2024 and paid $786 for merchandise and delivery. I was told it would take production to 5-10 working days for completion & testing. Then 3-7 days for delivery. It has been a month and the business will not even updated me with any information about my product. They have completely stopped communicating. I just want my product and a projected delivery time. Or a complete refund.

      Purchased an Inflatable for the total of $686.00 back on May 16, 2024. The order #****. I reached out on June 10 and sent two ******** messages to them, called and left messages on both phone numbers that are listed on their website. I have also sent two emails and I have not heard one thing from them! I did notice that one of their reviews - that they too did not receive their order. Accused them of being a scam. I hope they are not, I spent so much of my hard earned money on this for my business. Money is so tight - very disappointing. I just want to know if they truly are a real company and that I did not get taking advantage of!

      I have a similar complaint to the complaint dated 4-29-24. I had been given a mockup picture of the product that I was interested in ordering. I was chatting with them on their ******** page and was given all of the details over their messenger. There were about a week's worth of time that went by before I decided to complete the order and I was getting daily messages asking for payment. They finally said I could pay 50% down now and I could pay the rest after they took a picture of it before they send it out. I was told it takes 5-10 days to produce it. It is now 20 days since I paid the 50% down and now I am not getting a reply. After reading the other post, I am beginning to think this is fraud. They zap any negative posts on ******** as soon as they come in. I am very diligent when doing business with companies online and everything I saw about them was positive. I think they may have created their profile from a business that is no longer in business so all of their history and feedback is still out there from them. There have been no new posts on their ******** site since 2023 so I think I may have been scammed.

      I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. Initially, they were relentless in their pursuit of payment, bombarding me with messages every day until I finally paid up. However, as soon as I parted with my money, all communication abruptly ceased. Attempts to reach them by phone were futile, and it became evident that something was seriously amiss.Feeling cheated and frustrated, I resorted to reporting them to the fraud department. What's even more concerning is their apparent censorship of negative feedback on their page, deleting comments from other customers who shared similar experiences. It's a blatant attempt to cover up their shady practices and deceive potential clients.I wouldn't wish this ordeal on anyone. It's a cautionary tale against doing business with companies that prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and integrity. ********************** in ********** is a prime example of how not to conduct business.I have tried multiple time to contact with no attempts.
