I paid $35 for Passport Priority Duties and Taxes paid which advised me that I would receive the order within 3-5bus days but I ordered it on May 18th and did not receive it until 8 business days later. Had I known this was the case I would have paid for regular shipping, I reached out to them multiple times since May 23rd because the tracking stopped working after May 22cd and didn't update again until May 29th. It finally delivered on May 30th. I reached out to the company multiple times regarding this via email and social media and they only got back to me today June 3rd. They claimed the 3-5business days isn't an option for Canadians so I would like it removed from the checkout. There is no reason that they should be advertising something and having customers pay for something they can't provide. I want the extra money back that I paid for "express" shipping that I'm now told isn't available in my country. If I knew that then I would have opted for the other option of regular shipping. This is clearly misinformation on Lime Crime's part and very scammy. I'm hoping you can assist.

LimeCrime does not deserve even a half star rating. They do not stand behind their product and refused to do the right thing. I purchased their hair color tint at a local beauty supply store after checking the LimeCrime FAQ's, there was no indication this color would not work AND it was recommended by the beauty supply store who also checked the LimeCrime's website. After following LimeCrime's application instructions, the hair color did absolutely nothing. I spent almost $20.00 on their product and would have achieved better results using a $2.00 spray in hair color from the party store. The beauty supply store could not refund me for a product that I used. LimeCrime only placed blame on me for not purchasing their product through their website and the beauty supply store (who did nothing wrong). LimeCrime claims that since I did not make the purchase directly with them, that they do not have the money to refund back to me. The beauty supply store must have purchased this item from Lime Crime. Therefore, Lime Crime was already paid for this item. Lime Crime continued to argue, stating that the product did not work since virgin or natural hair is not as porous as bleached or processed hair so it can be difficult to take to the colors. Yet their FAQs say that their hair products can be used on a child's hair (who I don't think would be bleached or processed). It was LimeCrime's product and information (or lack of), that was at fault. Good business would have been to apologize and provide a full refund at my first initial contact. Instead, they made excuses and refused to provide me a refund. In my opinion, I feel they stole my money and can care less about their reputation.
