      I paid $35 for Passport Priority Duties and Taxes paid which advised me that I would receive the order within 3-5bus days but I ordered it on May 18th and did not receive it until 8 business days later. Had I known this was the case I would have paid for regular shipping, I reached out to them multiple times since May 23rd because the tracking stopped working after May 22cd and didn't update again until May 29th. It finally delivered on May 30th. I reached out to the company multiple times regarding this via email and social media and they only got back to me today June 3rd. They claimed the 3-5business days isn't an option for Canadians so I would like it removed from the checkout. There is no reason that they should be advertising something and having customers pay for something they can't provide. I want the extra money back that I paid for "express" shipping that I'm now told isn't available in my country. If I knew that then I would have opted for the other option of regular shipping. This is clearly misinformation on Lime Crime's part and very scammy. I'm hoping you can assist.

      I'm very sorry to hear of the trouble you had with shipping. Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping on international orders. The delivery times are estimates and can vary by a number of factors such as customs clearance and local carrier/weather delays. While we do not guarantee shipping times, we would like to make this right for you and have refunded the shipping charges paid on your order. Thank you for your feedback.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      LimeCrime's checkout page is fraudulent and confusing to Canadians, once I put in my full address Lime Crime should no longer offer me the more expensive option of 3-5bus days if they are unable to provide it says its available to the "Continental United States" on the website (I double checked) and Canada is on the same continent thus it should be available and I paid for it but it wasn't. I appreciate the refund on the extra shipping charge but they shouldn't have had that option available at all if they cannot provide 3-5bus days of shipping to ******* 

      They also did not respond to any of my emails until AFTER the package arrived 9bus days later, I continued checking the tracking and there was no update until a week later, just nothing at all and zero response from **************** until AFTER the package arrived. There's one business day I accounted for the holiday  but that should not amount to 9business days.

      They need to be much more clear with their messaging to Canadian customers and they shouldn't be offering tracking and express delivery to Canadians in checkout since they can't deliver (no pun intended). They need to remove the Express option from Canadians checkout because it's  just a cash grab since they can't provide it.

      I placed an order from Lime Crime on 2/9/2024 for $63.00. I received an email from the company saying they received my order. On 2/12/2024 I received an email saying the order was shipped. I was told the items would be delivered within 2 business days. The tracking information did not update and did not show an estimated delivery date. On 2/20 I emailed the company to inquire about the status and delivery. I did not receive a response. On 2/21 I emailed again, no response. I attempted to live chat with the company and did not get a response. I then called the 800 number for the company and was prompted to leave a message. I left a message with return call info. On 2/22 I again attempted to contact the company via email, chat, and telephone. I received one response via chat saying they were sorry I didnt receive my order and sent me a tracking number that was the same previous tracking that shows no estimated delivery or activity. I continued to attempt to contact via chat and received no answer. I called again and was prompted to leave a message, I have not received any sort of response.

      I placed an order online with Lime Crime for 4 items. (ORDER NO. ********) on November 24, 2022. I got billed, got an email confirmation, and as of today, January 3, 2023 I have not received my order. I checked my online account, tracked the package through**** (**********************) and could see that it was mailed out November 28. After about two weeks I emailed the company to see if they could resend the order. I did not get a response, I emailed them a second time and got a response giving me the tracking number (which I already had). I've emailed them several more times regarding this order, telling them that it has not arrived, and could they please resend the items. I have not gotten any response. I know that it's holiday time, and people are on vacation, and that things get delayed, and lost etc. However, they should resend the order, that I have paid for. It's going on 6 weeks.
