I purchased from this company via Amazon twice this company fulfills his own orders through Amazon and each time they ship the wrong item and I had to do a return when I decided to go directly to companies website and purchase the item through them. I received the item on today and they have fulfilled and sent the wrong item.Initial Complaint

On Feb. 21, 2024, we made an on-line order with Cabeau for 2 of their travel neck pillows, paying $79.98 with our credit card. They promptly acknowledged the receipt of our order and took the money. After two weeks of no communication (no tracking or shipping information, etc.) and no sign of the pillows, we contacted them via their on-line chat, they said to wait 3 business days, nothing happened, then they offered to either refund our money or send another order at no additional charge. We asked them to send the pillows. Still, nothing has happened except a note saying "be patient."Yesterday I sent them another message, asking them to either send the pillows that day, and notify us that they'd been shipped, or refund our money that day (March 21, 2021). No response.Please help us. Thank you very much.
