***************** is helping ******* ******** community in ******************* via the following tools to find any ******* ******** business owners or any ******** business owner who is seeking clients from this community.1-www.08global.net *************************************************************** ( ***************** canceled his membership)2- 818. 9.08.08.08 310.Iran411 818.Iran411 3- 08 email blast service ( He never sent ** the copy of the flyer he wanted to blast therefore this service to his business never happened).****************** an employee and advertising consultant of ***************** called on or before 9/8/2023 to Bernard E Cohen Investments, Inc and talked to **************************** and explained to him about services of ***************** and he apparently became interested therefore we issued his 08 membership and we sent him the invoice. In the mean time Ms. *** contacted him several times and left him couple of messages. After 9 months we sent him again the invoice to the same email address and instead of apologizing to ***************** for not being on time and not being responsive he wrote a letter and threatened *****************. We do not want him as a 08 member therefore we will cancel his membership after 72 hours from the date of this letter and if he is a descent man the apology is enough.best regards ************************* presidentBernard E Cohen Investments, Inc Response

what deals he made with an advertising company has nothing to with me or BEC investments and this complaint is unfounded and I will seek legal remedies for this fake complaint. Besides even if it were true and its absolutely NOT this is an advertising company , not a consumer
. And it appears to be a company that is trying to extort money from me . this crooked advertising company using mafia tactics thinks it can
intimidate business owners for money and its not going to work. They have my business name and are just using it for nefarious practices

what deals he made with an advertising company has nothing to with me or BEC investments and this complaint is unfounded and I will seek legal remedies for this fake complaint. Besides even if it were true and its absolutely NOT this is an advertising company , not a consumer
. And it appears to be a company that is trying to extort money from me . this crooked advertising company using mafia tactics thinks it can

I wish to retract my response since I wrote it at the heat of the moment. I used the word ***** or crooked against the individual who made this complaint against me. Clearly I have no evidence to make this statement and I apologize since this is very unprofessional of me.
As you know I have never had one complaint against my company so when I saw this e mail from BBB and knew it had nothing to do with me I was shaken by it. Obviously there is a disagreement between my company and Mr. ****** /********** regarding someone who used to work in my office. He says I owe $240.00 and I don't know of this. But anyway I am looking into this with my bank to see if a check for that amount was processed and it will take about 2 weeks because this is going back 2 yrs at least. But in the mean time please forward this to Mr. ************ and let him know that I take a full retraction to my response and my apologies and hopefully together we can resolve this matter in an amicable way

1-BEC Investments paid the invoice # ******* for account number ***** with a check #**** dated 6/21/2023.2- BEC Investments **** retracted to call ***************** a ***** in their official letter to Business Better Bureau.3- In the letter of BEC Investments to ***************** dated 6/21/2023 as follows: " ... As I said he was a someone who had office space in my company and I was unaware he was using the *** name for his private advertising of his services" .
