      On 2/11/24 we hired this company to perform a mold inspection and mold testing with the promise of a 3 day turnaround for lab results which was to include detailed inspection report regarding areas of concern along with photos taken by drone. Also to be included was a remediation protocol which is a key element to the remediation process. We communicated to them that time was of the utmost importance due to upcoming health inspection. We were promised no later than 3 days. Unfortunately the company failed to meet the timeline promised in regards to lab results but they didn't even provide an inspection report and more importantly did not provide remediation protocol which is necessary to proceed. Owner of company is aware and ignores attempts to communicate to resolve matter.As a result, we've had to hire another company at our expense to provide services this company failed to provide after taking $500 cash from us.

      Approximately January 7, I hired Save Pro Restoration to complete water restoration and remediate water damage as a result of a leak. They seemed to have performed the job, however, during the next rain my garage walls were leaking into the garage a problem I did not have prior to Save Pro doing their remediation. I sent them photos and begged them to come and address this problem that stemmed from their job. There had never been water in my garage walls prior to their work. On February 4 my garage took in water. I notified Save Pro and sent them photos. On Saturday, February 17th the flashing was removed and waterproofed. During the next rain I took on water again. On February 19th I sent a photo showing where water was still coming in. *****, an owner, said it would be fixed. On Thursday, February 22 I wrote the company after they told me that they would come out and address the problem and thus far no one had showed. I offered them the option of walking away and I would hire someone else to fix their problem. They assured me that they would fix it. ***** also verbally stated that instead of paying the $8000 balance I should just pay $5000 and they would fix it. They have since denied that they said that and I failed in not getting it in writing. On Friday, February 23 they finally sent a crew that allegedly remediated the leak. With the walls open and a tarp on my roof they asked for final payment and an additional $3000 for the work to find the original leak. I let them know that I was told $5000 that they conveniently forgot and added an additional $3000. The week beginning February 26-March 3, Save Pro has continually demanded payment in full and even said that there is no more leaking yet have left a tarp on my roof. I informed then that they needed to remove the tarp, wait for rain and test the walls for water. It rained in *********** on March 1 and 2nd yet the tarp remains and they continue to demand $7000.
