I have been ordering shoes from Gravity Defyer for years and I have spent a lot of money on their shoes. I was always happy with my purchases until now. I called the company today and spoke to two different people and they are telling me I cannot return the ********************************* Boot that is defective in size. They created a case number which is my first return request ever. The two people I spoke to were not helpful at all. After reaching out to the BBB I see that this company has a lot of complaints. I was shocked at the customer service that I encountered on the phone today but combining it with all the BBB complaints others have experienced I'm now not shocked. They obviously don't care about loyal customers. That's not a good way to run an online business. I'm seeking a full refund for this purchase for the defective Waterproof boots that I have not worn.Review from Uketa C

I have been waiting two weeks for a refund. They said it would be 3-5 days. They still peoples money and their shoes are no good. They have made my pain worst.Gravity Defyer Response

My first order a few years ago, was great. This time not at all!! Long story short: my credit card, suspected fraud and didnt charge my account. Later GD emailed me to say, my shoes were not paid. When I replied asking the c/s rep for a remittance address to mail, she/they stole my bank account info, upon receipt. I closed my account and contacted PD to file a case record. No one from GD gave me any answers, nor could I notify their *********** about this fraud. Please beware.Review from michaela h

The worst Company on the planet. Customer service is awful! It took 20 phone calls and I can’t count how many emails. I ordered shoes and they sent me socks! They held my shoes hostage until I finally told them I will go to the owner of the company and the BBB if the don’t ship out my shoes. This went on for 2 weeks. No one knows what’s going on in that company. The shipping department included. Really awful to put a customer through this nightmare. I could keep the rant going!! I use to like these shoes and have previously ordered three pairs. My husband has also ordered in the past. At the end of December they were offering a big discount so I ordered a new pair for $104. After not hearing from them, I called customer service and was told my shoes were on back order. He told me if I wanted to change the color I could get them sooner. I went online and found a color I liked but kept the same shoe. I verified they were available and called them back, thinking I would get my shoes within 7 days. A few days later, I called again because I got a email saying they cancelled my order. I told them what had happened and the agent told me they had no record of the second order and I would have to pay $140 to reorder them. They would not honor my original order price. I think they do this a lot to make you pay the original price.Review from Robert H.

Purchased first pair and loved them, almost worn out so got a second pair same size different color. Wore blisters on my toes, thought they would break in but they didn't. Filed a complaint vial email, nothing so filed on BBB, got a phone call within an hour. They have committed to solve my problem one way or another. Now I'm satisfied. Bought shoes did there wear policy I was unstable on them sent them back they would not give me my money back.They said they were not like they shipped them to me which insulted me because they were saying my house wasn't clean.the shoes were worn inside my house only.They offered store credit only.What good is that if there shoe makes me unsteady on my feet.Common bunch to deal with,I have been trying to stop emails but they won't do that. Called customer service talked to a lady about stopping emails she put me on hold came back and said her boss would take care of it.He must be the same flunky that wouldn't give me credit.

Worst company we have ever dealt with. My husband received a pair of shoes following knee surgery. The shoes did not fit properly and the side did not match what we ordered. He developed complications following surgery so the shoes were not returned according to policy. These shoes were worn once. We sent them back to the company in the original box with all insoles which indicated an incorrect size. So now this company has our money and shoes without any communication to send a differ not size. Looks like fraud to me. I plan to contact the office of Attorney General fraud division, and then our local TV channel has a fraud division that will do a follow up after the company's name is made known to the public, and not in a positive manner.

Received a pair of Gravity Defyer sandals in the mail that I HAD NEVER ORDERED AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED ***! I had never heard of this company! How did they get my credit card information and mailing address? BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THIS SCAM!
