They took my payment over the phone despite promising that the tow truck will arrive within 45 min. The tow truck never arrived in time, I waited over 1hr45 min so I had to get another tow truck yo tow my vehicle. I called afterwards to have them refund $219 which they stole from me. After many attempts of contacting the Company and submitting dispute via my CC company they refused to refund my money. This company needs to be investigated, they are bunch of liars and scumbags. I am trying to retrieve a receipt from this business to be reimbursed from my car insurance company.I have called and spoke to several ****** who were all ************** the last male was ******** and ****** up my **** and took my email to send invoice and then he started asking questions about things that didn't pertain to the receipt which made me very weary of the business. I was told an email would be sent and nothing has shown up or happened I called back and the manager wasn't available nor could they give me a address so I could Physically retrieve the receipt. My car broke down in October. I used Google and this company came up. They took my payment, charged $20.00 more than agreed upon. I then tried to request a receipt of my transaction and they have (for two weeks now) given me the runaround and they say the supervisor will put a request in to have it sent (no surprise, it's never been sent). I need the receipt so that I can get reimbursed by my insurance agency. This company is scamming people and should be removed from GoogleInitial Complaint

Called for a tow on 10/8/21 and my credit card was charged $219 before tow truck arrived. After arriving only needed a jump but still charged the same price. Been calling since 10/11/21 for a receipt so that I can be reimbursed by my insurance company and keep getting told they need to submit a request to the manager (*****) because he is the only one who can email receipts. I have called over 8 times in the past 3 weeks and no receipt. I have spoken to ******** ****, ******* *****, *****, ***** and **** and still no receipt. I have found they use company names such as Fidelity Roadside Service, Sunshine Road Service **** ******* me), *********** Car Towing Company and Roadside & Towing.Initial Complaint

The company was proficient and sent the tow truck right away. However, I needed a receipt from them to submit to *** and I have made seven attempts at getting a receipt. It is the following Saturday and I have yet to get a receipt. No one has called and I'm still waiting 7 days later for an email receipt.
