On 9/13/2022 at 9:00am, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on************************** As soon as I exited my vehicle, a tow truck pulled up next to my car. The driver, then, came up to me and told me that he was there to help us, and that he would tow my car for free. In my state of shock, I had no idea what was even going on during that time. So, after all the of the exchange of information/insurances, he then towed my car to this lot, texted me the address - XXXXX ******* ***** ******** ** XXXXX. He told me his name is ****, and gave me a receipt. At about ******* I called him to try to take my car to my friend's shop. I had scheduled another tow truck to pick up my car. **** told me that inorder for him to release my vehicle, I would have to pay about ****** He then gave me the number to his "boss" who gave me an exact amount of ****** and told me that their office is currently closed, and I would have to get the car tomorrow at ******** When asked for his name, he said his name is ****. I agreed to meet the following day at ******** When the following morning came, I received a call from ***** who then asked me if it's okay with me to meet at 11:00am instead. I agreed. He then told me that they only take cash. I told ****, "Well your boss told me last night you take Venmo" He paused for a bit and said, "Okay fine." At this point, I called my insurance and had pick up my car to the shop that was going to fix it. I have done my research about this company and found multiple reviews from different individuals and it seems like they have been doing this for months, maybe even years. I don't want anything from this business but only for the sole purpose to stop them from taking advantage of people.
