As many have stated here this company continues to have customer service issues. They sent me the wrong products for an order of 3 containers of whey protein (they sent me 3 containers of plant protein). When I called to inform the of their error they did apologize and submitted a replacement order but they stated there was no way to expedite the order. So if they s**** up theres not really much effort or a way to make it right. To their credit a supervisor did give a 20% refund but still wont have products for a while. I was already about out of the whey protein. So will likely run out before the replacement arrives. For all I know the next order will show up wrong and Ill have to wait yet another week.Power Life Response

I sincerely apologize for any frustration when working with our customer service teams. I have checked your account and do see that you have been issued a refund for your order. You will see the refund back in your account in 3-5 business days. I also do see that a replacement order has been shipped. The shipping timeline is 2-7 business days. This company's customer service is a bit ridiculous. I tried to cancel my auto subscription earlier this year in which they said they were having system issues and the gal said she would need to call me back, which they never did. Life gets busy, so I ended up having to call back a few weeks later to cancel after another autoship was delivered... Then I called again to return my last order that is still in the box and is just outside of 60 days, so still within the 90 days return window and ******* told me I couldn't return it as it was past the time.. I explained how it was not, explained the timeframe, in which she actually just hung up on me... I had to call back, and got a different rep, and she was able to provide me with the refund.Power Life Response

This company is a scam. I did give consent fo be auto-enrolled in any way. Not only did they over charge me their promotional rate, but they continued to send me products that i did not order, charge my card and.not provide a receipt or way to cancel. Ordering a product once is not opening an account. This company should be sued and shut down. I also asked to talk to a supervisor and they refused to do so.Power Life Response

This is a scam. I had the same thing happen to me. They would not take a return. There is no return address to return the product. I called them and they said it could not be returned. I put a fraud claim on my credit card and have had to get a new credit card. Customer support was not American speaking and would not connect me to a supervisor to dispute; said they don't have them. Said they could not be returned. Charged my account $239.99. Do not fall prey to this scam.Power Life Response

This is a scam. I was ordering keto gummies instead of placing the order for 3 bottles all of a sudden I was being charged for 6 bottles and some detox stuff all costing me. $236.00 I called have that cancelled but they said they could not do that and now I am out all money have 6 bottles of reto gunmies that I did not wantPower Life Response

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT Its Awesome!!!I have Osteoarthritis and major Achilles issues. Sometimes preventing me to walk. Im rapidly losing all flexibility and this has helped greatly with my muscle pain as well as flexibility. I have the vanilla will try the strawberry next. I dont like whey so I have the plant protein I am only on my 4th serving. Ive only taken 1 serving a day which has been a full scoop on the first day and just a 1/2 scoop all days after; in my coffee (not a bad taste with the 1/2 scoop)I love smoothies, I think itll taste much better in smoothies Next Ill try the 1 full serving scoop in my smoothies.Power Life Response

The whey protein powder mixes great with my fruit smoothies. I have been using the whey protein powder and foundation four for six weeks and I feel better already. I had hip surgery and these products are assisting me to recover faster. Plus, I feel like these products are getting me closer to pre-surgery strength and endurance. I am currently on my 3rd container of vanilla protein powder. I am enjoying the flavor and seeing results. My only complaint is that the vanilla whey powder seems to be out of stock a lot.Power Life Response
