      I purchased 12 pairof socks online from sockbroker.com for $51.00 on 3/23/24. My account was charged immediately but as of 4/29/24 I have not received them. I have ordered from them in the past twice and received my product but after a couple of weeks not months.

      I purchased a 6 pack of tube socks from this business on 2/7/2024 for $29.95. It is currently 3/11/2024 at the time of writing this. More than a month has passed and I have not received my order. No tracking number was ever provided and any attempts to contact the business are met with silence (i.e Call are not answered, emails are never replied to)

      Feb. 9 2024 I ***************************** ordered 18 pair of socks from Sockbroker.com. It is Feb 29, 2024 and have not received the order #******. I have conformation of payment from my bank to sockbroker.com for the amount of *****. I have called left messages. Also called and the voicemail box says it full. No response. Emailed them no response. went to face book and message through face book messenger. they responded with Thanks for messaging us. We try to be as responsive as possible, We'll get back to you soon. The date received this is Feb 29,2024. Just want my socks or a refund of *****.

      Ordered online ,payment was made ,they took payment.. 2 months and no socks ! Tried a dozen times to contact left voice mails, texts and or site messages no response what so ever . Got onto ******** site for sock broker.com and started to read the complaints . So here I am and not alone!

      I placed an order on July 24, 2023. I waited the time recommended time for delivery. I have been calling for tracking or delivery information for the past few weeks. No reply, now their mailbox is full. I have emailed for a status update also. I had placed an order a month earlier with no problem. I need to have them refund my payment.

      Placed an order on line on 1/9/23 for socks (company info below) total amount $26.95. The debit card transaction cleared my bank on 1/10/23. Order was said to take **** days for delivery. Still havent received the order.Sent 2 emails on 1/27/23 to check on the status of the order & got no reply. Sent an email on 1/28/23 & 2/2/23 & have gotten no reply. Attempted to call several times on 2/1/23 but their voice mailbox was full. Attempted to call on 2/3/23 and got the voicemail and left a detailed message. Have received no call back.       I ordered socks for a birthday celebration in August 2022. After placing the order (online), I was worried they wouldn't arrive in time, so I called to ask for the order to be shipped priority mail. I called 2-3 times, left messages, but no one returned my call. On my last call, I asked that they cancel the order. This all occurred between Aug 22 and 25. The socks arrived around September 1, after I needed/wanted them. I returned them, promptly, unopened via **** with confirmation they were delivered (unfortunately, I can't find the receipt of that). I both called and emailed (via the "contact us" portal on the web page) to ask for a full refund and never got a response. Lastly, oddly, I never received an email confirmation that they received my order in the first place or the amount that they charged my credit card which was $111.41 on 8/26/2022 (see attached).

Numerous attempts have been made through email with no response. When you call their phone number no one ever answers and you cannot even leave a message.       1/9/23 - Order #****** - Paid through PayPal $25.00 (2 pairs of black and 1 pair of **** Men's dress socks) To date I have not received my order. I emailed Sockbroker.com on 1/23/23 and again today 1/25/23 with no response. I also tried their online chat and I did not get any response. I want my items or my funds credit returned to my PayPal account.
