I had my car towed to ********* auto body due to it being hit on the passenger side it was towed from gateway oaks I have pictures of my car the day it was towed in to ********* auto body that was the last time I seen it so when I go to pick it up both driver and passenger windows are shattered nd I tell them nd they said someone tried to break in it while it was in there yard locked up nd they said they will replace my windows which they did but there was also a dent in my car on back quarter panel that wasnt there so I file a claim with AAA nd they said there where no sign of damage when they drop my car off at ********* auto body nd also if they were responsible for my windows there responsible for my dent If someone can give me a call @ ************ to resolve this issue as soon as possibleBusiness response

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, however when this vehicle was towed to our location it had damage to the left quarter panel as seen in the attachments provided.

HERE ARE THE EVENTS THAT TOOK PLACE, *** CAME IN ON MONDAY JULY 31, ON THURSDAY 8/3/2023 IS WHEN THE FIRST PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE WAS WRITTEN, AT THAT TIME THE PICTURES WERE TAKEN. THIS IS HOW THE *** CAME IN.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the day my car arrived at ********* auto body there was no damage crazy they say it came in like that but my windows were also broken that they already paid for I have pictures the day my car was towed from the pick up location I was never at the drop off location which is ********* auto body they are responsible for my damages and I have evidence to prove it yes my car was there July 30th the picture they took is on aug 3 how my car get vandalized by AAA at the drop off dont sound right I have pictures of it perfectly fine before it went to ********* auto bodyInitial Complaint

I was in a car accident on July 9th 2022. My car was taken to Lindstroms Autobody on July 13th 2022. *************************** claims he ordered car parts for my car repair in July from **************** and he claims he has not received them and has not even received an ETA for the parts. I have been paying out of pocket for a car rental and have spent over $2000 out of pocket because I do not have a car to get to and from work.Business response
