I went through the drive thru car wash as I went in something hit my door area and a chrome piece came up on my car door the wind to dry my car blew it up worse then the spinning thing at the end took it all the way off. I make the complaint to *****, ***** informs me to call a number to her boss **. Takes pictures of my car opens the door gets the vin. So I go to the vacuum areas where my friend is parked and me and him are talking about the whole situation, as we do my friend asked if he can switch the air hose to a new one from a near by worker as he does that he gets a text from ***** as showed in picture. As we are in are cars going to leave ***** ***** up and yells at my friend saying she didnt give me a fake number to her boss **. I then proceed to call the number ***** had given me I dont get an answer about 6x I then left a voicemail for him to call me back. I call the shops number and ** finally answers I ask him and he says we will not cover your cars damage due to our policy and the year of your car. Later I figure out ** is the guy who helped me get in through the tunnel, so I dont really understand why he wouldnt just come tell me himself he wouldnt fix it.
