On August 12, 2013, Vannucci Technologies (Vannucci) applied for and was issued Lake County Well Permit #WE **** for a well they drilled at ********************** in ******** (APN 008-031-60). On August 26, ************************************************************************************************************* compliance with the Lake County Permit as well as the ********** DWR requirements of all C-57 ************* Contractors, Vannucci was required to submit the standard DWR Well Completion Report. I spoke with Lake County staff last week as well as today and they confirmed Vannucci never submitted the required Well Completion Report.The County is requiring my company to prepare a hydrologic evaluation of this water supply well. The Well Completion Report is essential to the proper evaluation of the water supply during this drought. Since last week I made several verbal and written requests to Vannucci. They are not responsive. Client and I are frustrated with their noncompliance.Business response

I did not do any work for **************** nor did I do any work for his company RCC Group, LLC, so I am not obligated to give him any information regarding this well permit. I am only obligated to give this information to the customer that I did the work for and the county in which the work was done. This document has been submitted to the county and to the customer so the complaint below is not a valid complaint and should not have been filed. Please let me know what I can do to clear up this matter.
