This is a fitness program, I was promised weekly follow **** along with weekly training regiments and weekly updates to a diet plan, and Ive only received one of each in a span of 4 weeks, *** contacted ********************* about my dissatisfaction in his program and I would like to be removed from the program at which point we came to a fair agreement about 2 more payments for his teams time and efforts he put into my session but later rescinded his agreement.Business response

In the second screenshot.. the customer was very clear about not wanting to continue to participate in the program based upon him getting a new job he mentioned nothing about him being displeased with the service.
In the first screenshot .I stated clearly that he could restart the program whenever worked with his schedule, and that offer still stands.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes I was originally going to start a new job but that fell through and decided to stick to the training I paid for, but Coach ******** wasnt even instructing me from the start, he sent me one workout and meal regimen for the entire month of January, and when I told him on the phone I was displeased with her service and not receiving my programs like he promised he sent me 20 weeks worth of plans in one single day as shown from the screen shots Ive attached, and to this day hes yet to instruct me or offer any weight loss advice since January, hes even erased the messages stating that he was going to start training me after I raised my complaints to him. He promised weekly check ins ands weekly up dates on the work out regimens but hes failed with the check ins and hes been sending me duplicate work out regimens and just relabeling with new weeks numbers since he sent me 20 weeks worth in one day, that is was Im rejecting this claim, I wish for you to inform the public that hes nothing but a scam artist so he doesnt take anyone else for fools and run away with their money like he did me.Business response

I have explained to the customer/******* in writing, whenever he wants to proceed, we will we will put in the work restart from the beginning.
He decided to discontinue the program based upon his changing schedule prior to informing us he had any issues or concerns.
So whenever he wants to restart, we will make sure that all of his concerns are taken care of.
There is no scamming or wrongful doing here.
The customer just needs to be willing to put in the work.
Whenever he is ready, we are waiting.

I am rejecting this response because:
Ive tried contacting him on the training, he hasnt answered, all he does is send duplicate training regiments that hes already sent, he still hasnt provided me with any training advice. Hes told me we could start again whenever I was ready , but if Ive already paid for a a service, why would we need to start anything back up. Here are more screenshots of trying to get into contact about his 90 day money back guarantee, and more of the duplicate training plans hes already sent in one single day again, so Im asking for that bad review for his site so no one falls for his scam like I have.
