We purchased a piece of wall art for our bedroom approx. 2 weeks ago from Sense of Art and were sent the wrong item. After paying $102 for it, they made us pay $42 to ship the item back to them for a full refund even though it was their mistake. We were unhappy with the quality of the item and it was not what we originally ordered! You cant reach them by phone; they are only able to communicate through email and it has been very frustrating! We feel that since it was their mistake and we are the unhappy customer we should not have to pay for return shipping. Ive never experienced this with any other company especially during a pandemic!!!! We would like to try and get the $42 return shipping costs back and are reaching out for your help in this matter.
