**************** is horrible! If you want to talk to someone live good luck! Left several voicemail messages with no luck and then they finally responded when I threatened to put a bad review out there on their company. They refuse to work with you if you are not satisfied with the product and will charge you shipping back to them. I will never order from this company again!Review from Christooher M

They scammed me out of 200 dollars. I ordered a Christmas gift halfway through December. They dont ever respond to me, claim it was sent to the wrong address. And will not even refund me. Now Christmas is here and I dont have the gift for my sister. Thanks for f****** our Christmas!Review from Danielle J

Sense of Art! DO NOT order from this company.... I ordered 2 other pieces from them several years ago & everything was great, but I ordered a third piece 2 weeks ago with no shipment. When I contacted the company I keep emails saying they are looking into shipment (no call back) & an answering service saying i will rely the message! Product descriptions are MISLEADING. These are NOT CANVAS, they are vinyl. Product description says: "All of our wall art is made of high grade thick true color canvas beautifully wrapped onto a solid premium wood frame (highest quality available)." True Color Canvas????? NO, vinyl. I would never have paid what I did for vinyl. Shame on this company for false advertising and misleading consumers.Review from Juliann H

I agree with all that has been said. This company does not want returns. It uses several different email addresses to make contact nearly impossible. It's customer service is the worst. Product is not worth the money. I had to go through Pay Pal with a dispute resolution to get them to send me the return address. Their website indicates you must contact them for return directions, but they do not respond to emails. Learned my ******* Should have checked here first. $20 lost on return postage.Review from Peggy G

They say they shipped your item but then when you don't receive it, they want to look into it but don't get back to you.
