      I placed an order TEN days ago. These items were listed as ready to ship items. WRONG!!!! I have not even received a tracking number and I added priority shipping to one of them. NOTHING! I order LOTS of Dancewear from other companies and it always arrives in a timely manner. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!! I have also messaged them numerous times and keep getting the run around. Very disappointed! However, they have super cute dancewear if you are willing to wait FOREVER on it!

      We are very sorry for the unforeseen delay with shipping our clients two orders placed during our recent Anniversary Sale. The first order was for ready-to-ship items plus a made-to-order leotard, and the second order was for a ready-to-ship set. As stated in our store policy: although not a guarantee, the typical processing time for ready-to-ship styles is 1-3 business days and 7-14 business days for made-to-order styles. We also state during checkout that during popular sales events, orders may take additional time to ship. We have now shipped all but one of the *** items from her first order and will ship her MTO item along with one remaining *** item once they are available (today marks business day #**). We have canceled and refunded our clients second order per her request. We have communicated our sincere apologies to our clients via our Help Desk will communicate the second shipping update once that ship date is confirmed.

      I recently purchased 4 leotards from The Kandi Kouture Boutique Kandi_Kouture for my daughters dance company photoshoot. When they came in (2) of the leotards had pilling but the pink leotard medium child size was awful. With the other two leotards that did not have pilling - they were both supposed to be an XSA. They were completely different sizes. When I reached out to the company their response was that they were not responsible for *********** and would not be refunding me for it nor would they replace it. If you need a quality ***************** I would recommend ******** as they stand behind their work. As a both a studio owner and a mom, I will no longer be purchasing from Kandi Kouture for my dancers or my **************** both terrible customer service and quality.

      We are very sorry that we were unable to break with our store policy. This clients order of four leotards was delivered on 9/28/23 and on 10/12/23, she contacted us via ******** with the following message, Hey, all of my leotards came in and are gorgeous except for one. Is this piling normal? I had her put it on for her photo shoot and this was there when we took it off. Due to Kandi Kouture being unable to verify the conditions in which a garment has been placed after being washed and/or worn, we cannot offer replacements should any damage occur. Also, upon our review of the image, it was our opinion that that the mesh had been snagged. After providing our store policy to the client, she posted multiple times in various ******** groups that we are also members this same complaint provided to the BBB, which now stated that two leotards were delivered to her with the piling, that she received incorrect sizes (her order states CM+TS, not TXS) and that she was submitting a chargeback for her entire purchase. In our attempt to defuse the situation, we issued a refund for the one leotard she originally contacted us about. As this client continued to comment about her Kandi Kouture experience in various ******** groups that we are also members, a fellow member provided us an image of the clients ******** cover photo depicting her girl wearing the leotard in question with no signs of damage. The photo was dated 10/9/23. At this time, we thought it best to cease the need for any possible future communication with this client and issued a full refund. We pride ourselves on providing amazing customer service while also following our store policies that are clearly communicated.

      Wish I could leave ZERO stars! Terrible ***************** Do NOT buy from them! They refuse to call or email me back about a purchase that needed to be corrected because I made a mistake and told them via email I did when the items were purchased. A Bot responded back that a human would be contacting me. It only took me saying in voicemails and emails that I had read other reviews similar to mine for a person named **************** to email me back saying if I file a complaint with my credit card company, they would block me from ever purchasing from Kandi Kouture again. Then thanked me for being a loyal customer. I have called and the business phone number goes straight to voicemail and NO ONE returns the calls. I have told all of the other dance moms I know to not support this business. It is such a shame because the leotards and sets are adorable and of seemingly good quality.

      We are very sorry that we were unable to break with our store policy. This client requested to cancel an order. Our store policy provided on our website states that we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you are welcome to return any eligible unwanted items back to us in accordance to our return policy. So although were unable to cancel this clients order, it was eligible to be returned to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We are very sorry if the client believed we were being unresponsive as we typically respond via email within 48 hours, and her two service tickets reflect we did so. We do not have phone agents available and regret if this client received any type of bot message otherwise. We emailed this client back on multiple occasions offering assistance, as well as communicating our store policy. We pride ourselves on providing amazing customer service while also following our store policies that are clearly communicated.
