On January 22, 2024, Azura Lending LLC entered into a Consent Order with the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. Under terms of the Order, the Revocation Order is rescinded due to receipt of payment and the business was ordered to desist and refrain from failing to timely pay the annual assessment. Additionally, the business was ordered to pay administrative penalties and fines in the amount of $2,500.
