I visited 01/0/2023 and was charged for a full highlight. I was initially unhappy with my finished hair because it didn't look like any color was applied. When I brought that to the stylist atension I received sparky attitude in response. She did attempt to fix it and what I could see there did please me. However when I went home and looked more clearly I realized she only applied additional color to the front. The rest still looks very dark. I lifted my hair and it doesn't seem like any color was applied in any other spots I don't want to get it fixed there because it was already "corrected" and still isn't what I wanted or paid for. I am going to a different salon to get it correctedBusiness response

To Whom It May ****************** like to respond to the complaint filed by ***************************. I have already spoken with her via email, and although she was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and my small business, I did try to help come up with a resolution for her. She was not willing to come to an agreement. **** received a hair service by one of my stylists who is an independent contractor that rents a station from me. She was not completely satisfied at the end of her service and was extremely rude to my stylist, my stylist actually called me crying in the middle of the service because she did not know how to respond to someone treating her this way. After speaking to me, my stylist willingly did what she could to make her happy without ruining the integrity of her hair. Unfortunately, sometimes the end result hair color that clients want cannot be done in one session due to what their hair looked like when they walk in. After my stylist tweaked a few things for her, she left very happy. So happy that she left my stylist a nice tip, stayed for photos of her hair AND booked another appointment with the stylist. It seems as if she went home days/ weeks later and then decided she didnt love it anymore. We offered to do it again and I even offered to look at it myself as I have been an experienced hairstylist for over 20 years- she refused. She is demanding a full refund which seems a little extreme and unfortunately I cannot offer any refunds, as I am just the landlord. This is something she needs to take up with the stylist independently if she is still unhappy.
