Not true to their quotes. They said 65 on the phone and charged me $150. Horrible people . 24hour lockouts ********

First let me start by saying this business website is very misleading with the whole as low as *****. It only tells you it's for child emergency at the bottom of their page. After I emailed about the 120 I was being charged for this 5 minute job. The owner then started insulting me for even emailing about the price. Then he proceeded to constantly email talking down on me cursing in every email. I have a total of 41 email from him talking like this even threatening me. After I realized his techs entered my car without me even being present and stealing money out of my car. Things got even worst from there. My job has video of his techs in my car. When they shouldn't have been inside my vehicle at all. This guy *************************( the owner) has been emailing me since 5 am central time this morning talking very rudely and with alot of disrespectful. After i was off of work I noticed he has very bad reviews on ****** and other platforms and talks to everyone this same way if they have an issue with his company. I have filed police reports about the money and harressment I mentioned before. But with him thinking he is untouchable he continues to email me and insulting me. I never received a receipt from his techs. Right after I paid them they left so fast I didn't think about my money missing till after I was able to come back outside for my first break from work and when I mentioned it to him . He began to call me a lair and said I was only saying this because he emailed me talking very disrespectful . This a very terrible company to use and I wouldn't recommend anyone uses them at all.

I was charged !$120 to open vehicle door on New Years Day (Jan 1, 2022). Total cost was $120. Employee was kind and courteous, but when i told him that CAA would reimburse me with receipt, he told me that id be lucky to get $20 back and that id have to fight it.He said he would text me the receipt for $120. It never came. Today, i phoned the company and the receipt still has not arrived. I am VERY unhappy with this experience!!!

***** (***********) is a complete scam artist. Did not quote a charge either by phone or in email until after he completed work which was 30 seconds total. My niece was charged $120 for 30 seconds worth of work. Completely understand the website says as low as $19.95 but if you a reputable business you will state the total cost prior to doing the work. ****** learned for my niece, but try to avoid them at all costs. Use CAA

They quoted me $30 for dispatch and about $20 plus for service than came and charged me $160 because of the time of day and location even though we are right in the city. Dispatch lady did not mention any of these prices. Than I emailed management and this is their response: Hello, When you called you were told it’s $30 to dispatch a tech and the unlock fee would START at $20 and go up from there so we have a $50 minimum. Our dispatchers would never say “about” or “or so” because that is the very minimum price we charge. The tech that arrived decided the final rate based on the time of day, your location, how quickly he arrives… essentially how convenient was the tech for you. You ordered service during off hours at 7:55am… the tech got to you quickly and opened your vehicle quickly. The average cost to get your vehicle open in Alberta is $192 so it was still well below what a lot of companies charge. The minimum charge is going to be reserved for when the minimum amount of service is received. Think ordering a pizza… on one hand you have a pizza that arrives hot and fresh in 15 minutes. On the other hand you have a pizza that arrives cold and gross 2 hours later. We are the first pizza. I hope you have a better rest of your week. Thank you Also one last thing. When you’re good at a job you can usually do it pretty fast. So how fast he opens the door isn’t going to affect the price. If that were the case everyone would be pretending the job was much harder than it was just to charge more money. First of all this is not a way to talk to a customer. And doesn’t leave a name or talk about a resolution. Don’t use them they are horrible. Dispatch lady also hung up on my husband who’s was trying to get management number.
