I had a subscription with this company to receive a monthly box of fitness products in the mail. I originally received it as a gift and decided to renew with a 3 month subscription in October 2021. On October 1, 2021, I paid $162.00 for the renewal of a 3 month subscription via PayPal. I never received any products since. I attempted to contact the company through the contact form on their website and it said the form was closed. I attempted to email them using the email address posted on the website and my email came back saying it had been blocked. There are no other ways listed to contact the company. I would simply like a refund of my $162.Initial Complaint

I have a 6-month renewal with Hiit Box. I was charged $306 in January 2021 and never received one box from that order. I have contacted customer service multiple times but have heard nothing from them. I recently was charged anther $306 for another 6-month subscription. (I mistakenly thought I had canceled my subscription apparently.) I want my money back but at the very least want the products I have already paid for.Initial Complaint

I was automatically drafted $162 from my account by Hiit Box on June 2, 2021, and September 1, 2021, I contacted the company multiple times and never received a response. I have called, emailed, and used the chat feature. I was very unhappy with the quality of the product and canceled my subscription. they have continued to draft my account and the orders from both June and September for 3-month subscriptions and I have not received any of the monthly boxes. I have requested a refund but they will not respond. They owe me $162x2= $324.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 6 MO monthly subscription from HIIT BOX for $197 dollars. I should have been receiving a box every month since April. I received my first box. Then the next month I didn't receive one. I contacted them, and after a lengthy wait they apologized and sent the second box. Same happened with the 3rd box. I have not received my last 3 boxes and the last should have been delivered the 3rd week of Sept. I have tried contacting them via email (there isn't a phone number or chat line) multiple time.. ************ is a scam, and I want my entire $197 back. I signed up for a monthly subscription and it's never been monthly. The time I have spent trying to contact them is irreplaceable.
