            We purchased a Network Attached Storage Device and an External Backup Drive from *************************, owner of Full Steam IT Services, LLC. to be shipped directly to our office from the manufacturer. ****************** unilaterally had the devices shipped to him instead. I repeatedly requested that he ship or deliver the devices to our office, which he promised to do but never did. After about 4 months of this, I requested that he refund our money. ****************** agreed to not only refund our money but also provide the devices free of charge for all the hassle. I again repeatedly requested a status of the refund and devices, and every time, he had an excuse as to why it had not been done. To date, we still have not received a refund or the devices. All communication back and forth was done via text. I have uploaded the invoice, showing it was paid in full.
