      I have an auto loan through SCCU. Less than 2 weeks ago, **** sent someone to my ex-husband's residence asking for me. They had an envelope in their hand but refused to identify himself. The person requested for me and said it was regarding my vehicle. I have not resided with my ex-husband in over 7 years. Nor did I obtain my auto loan with SCCU while I was married or living with him. I called to report what had happened where I spoke to *****. She first claimed that there was no documentation of anyone going to my ex-husband's house or anything being sent out for me. Then stated it was probably something the repo man but there was no such report of anyone or any company sending someone on their behalf to my ex-husband's residence. The only things I have received in the mail are my statements, nothing that would indicate something was wrong. She then asked for my ex-husband's contact number and address to document it on file. However, I am not sure why that was even needed. I have been extremely disappointed in the level of service I have received from SCCU and their employees over the last several years. This incident is the icing on the cake on how they conduct their business. They say they are for the community but they are not.

      I was told by my fianc he would deposit money into my checking account. Money to take my friend out for her birthday and some other things. I assumed he did. So I spent the money. I am aware every transaction gets posted for them to see. The money ended up coming out of an account that belongs to my daughter. Her father gets social security disability so she does too. They closed the account then called me to tell me what I did was awful and terrible. I didnt know when I was speaking to her the deposit had not been made. The account was closed my fianc was at work I did not know. She told me she would contact cps and would be contacting compliance about the fraud and would decide what to do next and they already started an investigation on me. Seriously. I have every cent of that money and my fianc and I make great money. I dont need to take from my daughter. They are awful. They are terrible. There was over $4000 still pending on my daughters account. She told me it was on hold. I contacted social security explaining it all to them. I have an appointment to go make a formal statement for social security before Sierra central lets them know. I do not consider myself smart but for them to think I would so obviously blatantly for all to see steal money from my kid is beyond insulting. I am telling everyone I know to stay away from this place. They dont care about their customers they have no humanity or compassion. Thanks a lot for letting me know Im awful and terrible about a situation you did not have all the facts on.

      This company is the worse company to get a car loan . The women are so rude !!!! Not understanding at all and theyve locked my account numerous accounts and have charged me thousands of dollars . ******** and then when you speak to them they cannot give you exactly what charges were made to your account . I had a lady be so so rude to at the one on Yuba . *** explained whats been going on and Ive had a lady like yell at me on the phone . I literally cried as soon as I left the building .

      This company is a joke. They keep toxic management around and fire the dedicated hardworkers. Management will do things like bullying employees to their breaking point and blame the person targeted, and HR does nothing. Formal complaints were ignored. They will give out information about fellow employees, like the reason they aren't at work or talk about/ complain about employees in front of everyone, including the members. They keep creating toxic work environments and even when multiple people put in formal complaints about it, nothing happens! My mental health has declined since starting this job, and every time I stand up for myself, I'm written up for my behavior.

      If I could I would give the customer service at ********************** negative zero stars for their unprofessionalism and rudeness. ******* (customer service associate) and ******* (********* Headquarters/Asset recovery associate) are the definition of unprofessionalism and unacceptable customer service. I reached out to get some information regarding MY account, ******* and ******* both expressed attitudes towards me as if I was irritating them for wanting information and clarity about MY account. When I called back after having the phone hung up in my face by *******, and asked to speak with a supervisor or someone in a high position, ******* badgered me for several seconds about what my reason for needing a supervisor was for. She informed me that her supervisor was out of the office and that she could transfer me to their voicemail. I let her know that would be great, ******* immediately tried to change the tone in her voice, and disregard the fact that she had any ill manners when previously speaking with me and that she was simply asking a question. I acknowledge that she was indeed asking questions, but the tone and her delivery was unwelcoming, unprofessional, dismissive, and demanding. I did not appreciate being called and spoken to in that manner. I also let ******* know that my complaint was directed towards her and her poor customer service as she tried to rush through the conversation and transfer me to the supervisors voicemail, which by the way never happen, due to ******* hanging up in my face for the second time after I expressed to her how her tone came off and the perception that it created of her from my perspective. Both ******* and ******* obviously do not like the jobs they applied for that is clearly expressed in their tone. Whether they recognize it or care, ******* and ******* are hurting this business. I have been a member for over 3 years and have nothing but exceptional customer service from other associates, (****, *******) so to be talked to in that manner by other associates has me considering closing my account and not doing any business associated with Sierra Central. I trust that this is not the way that Sierra Central does business, and that you will mention my concern of there being a lack of professionalism, and welcoming and engaging phone etiquette with customer service associates in the wider company, but especially with ******* and ******* regarding this incident.
