            I needed driving lessons for my daughter in order to get her driving license. I looked around for the best school based on reviews. I came across Local Driving School in Roseville CA. I completed the transaction online and made my $549 payment on 08/18/21. The site advertised 7 days a-week availability. When we tried to book a driving lesson, we noticed there was nothing available until two months out. They had some appointments available in the morning only, this is during my daughter's school hours. I called the next day to cancel but was never able to get a hold of the person in charged until 08/25/21. He agreed to provide a refund minus 10% as charge for speaking to him on the phone, which I agree to. When i showed my displeasure for charging a fee without a reason and telling him i will leave a bad review, he denied the refund. His refund policy does not apply to us as we never booked any driving appointments due to no availability so there was nothing to cancel.
