I reached out to Pool Service *** in *********, recommended by my current pool company, to fix my spa. They sent a guy who said I needed Jandy equipment to make the spa work with bubbles. We agreed on a service, but when the guy came, he finished quickly and couldnt connect the spa to my remote. They charged me for three hours of labor, which I found unfair. After discussing the additional fee for remote work, I decided not to use their services anymore. Despite this, they sent me an invoice including charges for pool service dates when they didnt have access to my property. The spas bubbles are still not working correctly, and they said my pool guy should handle it.If they did the service why did she say I need my pool guy fix the jets. That means she knows and aware we have pool service and I didnt ask them to servuce the pool yet she invoices me. That date on the text is July 15th.Business response
