Big Bruce's Auto Glass replaced my windshield in April 2022. The cowling on the lower part of the windshield was damaged during the replacement of the windshield, causing it to make a vibrating/ buzzing sound when drive over 50 miles per hour. The sound is loud and super annoying and will drive you nuts on a road trip. I contacted ***** about this issue back in April and 9 months later I continue to get the runaround with one sorry excuse after another. ****************** said when replacing the windshield it is very common to also replace the cowl and they are more than happy to pay for the parts and labor and ***** knows that. My conclusion is that once Big ***** Auto Glass gets their money for the initial job, you are no longer a priority or concern. I don't know how many times I got the excuse of ,"We have been super busy and haven't had time to go pick up the cowl from the part from Dodge." I have always been super nice on the phone with ***** and it hasn't gotten me anywhere. At this point my insurance company will be helping me get the cowl replaced by another shop, which is great because Im done talking to Big ***** Auto Glass.
