Went in for a stearing rack and pinion and a check-up on a wheel bearing. Just purchased this car 5 years ago and bought the lifetime *** care warranty for 3500. From this dealer. Dropped my vehicle off Jan 8 and told them specifically that it is the only work we want done. Late February rolls around, so I give them a call to get an update because I received no updates and no estimates. They said they had parts on order. So fast forward to to march 7. They call me saying they have good and bad news, they say they wanna buy out my car for 6000 and I can use it for a purchase of a new car!!!!!! I'm like, what are you talking about? They said work estimates exceeded my cars value they canceled my warranty and can't perform any work? I call my warranty because I'm so confused because I haven't even been given any work estimates on the specific 2 things I brought my vehicle in for. The warranty company told me they submitted a claim for over 8700 in repairs and canceled my contract immediately, and I can't do anything about it. I call back the dealer, and nobody apparently has a legitimate story, I didn't sign anything for 8700 worth of repairs. I had to get my vehicle towed out of there march 8, I would not sign the documents they had typed up which I had never seen previously because the failure to communicate with me for the 2 months. They refused to give me my keys even though I had owed nothing because nothing was done with my vehicle. I had to call the sherrifs department to finally get them to give me my keys because they wouldn't give me my keys until I signed whatever false information they had typed up. This is a very bad situation, absolutely unexpected and unbelievable. I now have to seek legal assistance to help me because this dealership is absolutely refusing any wrongdoing.

I got my Durango towed to dodge in yucca valley,ca. I called dodge and they said it was fixed and I could pick it up and that I had to pay the amount to get it fixed. I drove my Durango down the street and the radiator flooded all over driveway again. The next day I had my Durango towed again to dodge because I was told by the mechanic they couldn’t fix my car because I kept calling and I had a carmax care package under carmax from where I bought the car. They charged me a huge amount in labor of $182 only for a thermostat that cost $25. I had to get a rental car because I was told they would have my car for over a week due to being so busy. The next day I got a call saying that my Durango was done and I can pick it up, after I had spent $800 in getting a rental car for a week. A few months later my radiator breaks and I had to get the radiator replaced. That cost me another $500. I’ve never had problems with my tires until the mechanic had mentioned my tires needed to be replaced after that I had to replace my tires on the car. I also had problems with my keys and had called the tow truck to open the Durango for me on many occasions.

On August 31st, 2022 I took in my 2016 Chrysler 200 to Yucca Valley Chrysler Doge Jeep & Ram for a recall since I had purchased my car from them the February prior. They had my car for a couple days due to them breaking multiple studs on the vehicle when they were trying to do my software upgrade, & when I finally got my car back they had put on the weather guard incorrectly & dented my oil pan so it became a fire hazard. I came back the next day to show them the issues & they proceeded to tell me it was my fault & that they could now not give me my vehicle back. They had me do a trade in & put $500 down on a new vehicle which was a 2017 Titanium Ford Edge. When I had driven the new car to work the next day the check engine light came on & so I called & set up an appointment for them to look at it. They took my vehicle in September 30th & have had it til this day & have not made any progress on it. They originally told me they couldn’t start it til the 15th because that was when my warranty started. It is now November 2nd & they still have yet to start. They had given me a rental & had put it in one of the workers names because they told me I wasn’t allowed to rent a car since I am not 25. Then on October 25th, called & threatened to call the police & say the car was stolen because they needed the rental back. I took it back the next day & now today on November 3rd had me go through Enterprise & pay 100 down payment as well as I am paying $10 a day. I just want my car to be fixed & I have been called lots of names. I don’t think it is right
