on 04/28/2023 ***** **** came to my house to repair an Electric panel. Not only did use faulty parts but shortly after he left, my electricity completely went out. I suffer from MS and I informed ***** that without electricity, it would compromise my health. He charged me $200 and caused more damage. I contacted ***** immediately as as of today 05/02/23 and was told that I needed to replace the entire panel. He went on to say he would give me a discount rate of $475. I have since called another electrician who submitted a report stating what ***** had done, using faulty parts and not fixing the original issue he said he had fixed. Additionally the pane and the fuse where never needing repair. I lost $250 worth of grocery's and was without power for 3 days.Initial Complaint

Morongo Basin Electric wired in our brand new spa and hung 2 pendant lights in a room for our short term rental property in Yucca Valley. We paid Scott $1,249.17 and $350 for the pendant lights. Started the project for the spa wiring June 21st told us all the work was finished 2/2/22. First guest arrived that day and said the spa will not turn on. Had to pay for a service call of $75 to check it out. Electrician said he never hooked up any of the wires and the breaker is gone and he took the wire. He was unable to fix it. Spa guy come out 2/3/22 to take a look and he said Scott did it completely wrong. He had to rewire his work. Still waiting on the bill for the rewire from our spa guy. It will be at least $1,000 The spa is still not working. We had to refund our guest at the house $494.16. they were unhappy the spa was not working. Scott said the spa was ready to go. He said he pulled the permit for the spa and passed the inspection. We keep asking for the permit proof but no response. Just spoke to another electrician and said there is a halt on digging in Yucca and can't get a permit without a site plan and we will have to redo all the work he did to get it permitted right. He hung the pendant lights and when we arrived at the house the next day he never wired in the lights so we called him to finish the job. He came back a few days later to wire the lights. He left a huge hole in the wall and took out the light switch. I have pictures to prove the hole in the wall and no light switch. Lights don't work. He wired the pendant lights 2/2/22. Cleaner came 2/2/22 for $25. He came later that day we asked our cleaner to come back 2/3/22.We had to pay the cleaner another $25 to come back. Still wasn't done and place was a mess per cleaner and sent photos. Bed used, black hair in the shower, towels used. Had to pay another cleaner $50 to clean Now we are losing money and have to put bookings on hold. We want our money back, cleaning fees paid, money to fix his mistake
