      Took my 2007 ****** tundra to this company's montrose location. Original customer contract was specificaly that the truck had just been lifted and it needed a thurgho inspection of all hardware and a 4 wheel alignment. Got the truck back a few miles down the road the truck violently shook. I took the truck back to give them the benefit of the doubt they found that they had left the wheel bearing bolts loose and brought the truck back to operation standard free of charge. Less than 4500 miles later the lower passenger ball joint bolts fell out of the truck. Not broke. Not sheared. But they literaly rotated out from vibration. These bolts are supposed to be torqued in acess of 200 ft lbs. I payed this company to make shure that all our hardware was torqued and our alignment was spot on. Once these bolts broke the entire truck came crashing down onto the street and now this truck that I've been spending every day check on for the last 6 years is destroyed and the company won't offer me any insurance information armor any solution toward the issue. I have contacted multiple law firms and have begun the steps to seeking legal recourse. I purchased my truck for 14k us and it has about 10k of upgrades on it. This company has damaged my family for 24k value and put mine my wife's and our 2 year Olds lives at risk 2 times now. At the verry least the truck needs to be replaced with one of similar condition

      This individual had someone else install a lift kit on his truck. Which we have now found out he installed this himself. He then brought it to us to perform a wheel alignment. We checked the lift kit components, and for any concerns with the vehicle and informed **** there was a lose wheel bearing on the vehicle along with some steering gear bushings that needed to be addressed. He did not wish for us to perform that repair and took the vehicle. The wheel bearing has now failed and he is blaming us for it. I have attempted to work with **** on this, but he will not stop yelling and threatening me long enough to come to some sort of solution. I will not accept responsibility for work we did not perform to a vehicle, nor will we accept responsibility for a repair that a vehicle needs that was denied when we mentioned it. I have attached a copy of the inspection. I can also provide email proof of **** himself at one point stating we never mentioned it, then again in another email acknowledging we told him and gave him a price and his response was "ok thanks" when told. He was aware the vehicle needed additional repairs.

       

      Also this vehicle has not been seen by us for over a year. The vehicle is modified with a lift kit as well. Modified vehicles need to have extra maintenance and inspections performed more often to ensure the safety and overall mechanical well being of the vehicle. If there are any other components that have failed in the year since we have looked at the vehicle I am unable to speak on these as we have not seen this vehicle in over a year.

      We took our truck in to have the brakes repaired. They charged us, and the brakes were the exact same as when we brought them in. Huge safety hazard and they changed their attitude once we declined a bunch of extra services.would not reccomend them and frankly i think they should be investigated for safety. They should be charged in court for sending us off in an unsafe to drive vehicle that we paid ti have fixed.

      We have been trying to get ahold of this person since the following day. He will not return calls or allow us to solve the issue with him. If he would just call us, we would be happy to work with him on this situation. He needs to call our Alamosa location and speak to the Manager *******. If we are unable to resolve this with an actual opportunity to do so. We will work with the BBB to resolve.
