My husband passed away in May 2022, so I need to close his two accounts with the First SouthWest Bank in *******, **. One account is a personal account and the other is a business account. I dont live in ******* and cant go to the bank. Since December 2022, I sent multiple email requests and left multiple phone messages with the bank, but nobody from this bank at ******* office responded to me. Around May 5th someone hacked my bank account and wired $36,000 to a different account then closed it. I went in right away told the bank that was not me and they filed with the insurance. They said they would get my money back by the end of june. They have still not sent me a check for the $36,000. Mark the manager at First South West will not respond to my calls or my texts regarding the check. He said he would have the insurance mail a new check to a different address on July 15th and today is the 27th and I have still not received it. When I call him to ask he will not respond. When I go in to talk with them in person they are very vague.Business response

RE: Complaint issued against First Southwest Bank by Mr. Travis ****s:
First Southwest Bank acknowledges a relationship with Mr. ****s however, the transaction in question was not completed on any account that he is associated with at First Southwest Bank.
Further, we have no one in management named 'Mark'. We are aware of a neighboring Bank whose President is named Mark and question if Mr. ****s was mistaken of the bank's name when he filed this complaint.
