            I was told they could do a 100% finance on a business purchase. I was approved by them for a 2-million-dollar loan. No fees for this loan were disclosed. I got an invoice saying I had to pay a $35000 loan fee and loan would be funded in 1-3 days. I paid this fee and loan was not funded. I got another invoice a week later for $15730 for attorney fee and deposit. Was told loan would be funded in **** hours after this was paid. once again it was not funded. two weeks later get told I need to pay $100,000 for insurance. I have repeatedly asked for the loan to be canceled and return my money paid. They keep telling me to pay the fees and it will be funded. I have no money at this point and need my money returned or the loan funded. They have Went from asking me to pay the $100,000 to $28,000 I have told them repeatedly I cannot pay I have no money left. They refuse to return my money but insist they are legit and for me to pay the fees. All these fees should be disclosed upfront there is nothing in the signed agreement about these fees. I have emails even telling me there would be no more fees if I paid the $35000 and the $15730. I need the money back or loan funded.

            Preface: I put 10 for likely to share on social media. I won't be sharing, simply as I don't use social media. I have however encouraged a few friends that if they get more serious in their ****, they should call *************************** with the company :)***** was incredibly quick to respond to my initial call (which was likely after hours). He returned my call, we had a short/pleasant/direct chat about what I was looking for. He sent me a link to the preferred contact method, to which I submitted my information, and was approved within 48hours. Top notch! My employer (due to merges, stock software) made it a little difficult to get employment verification but ******** and team were great about following up.There was even some last minute thrashing on payment of the loan origination fees and back and forth with the seller that probably made the finance side a little more "needy", but I didn't see any of that. Was smooth on my end all the way.
