    This is regarding Spuliful order #SPL271655 We had chosen Supliful to do business with because we liked their business model, also I was born in ******* ******** so I thought it would be nice to do business with a local company. My company recently expanded to *********, so including them in our product line made sense. So we invested in a website, merchandise, business cards and other marketing materials as wel as a lot of time and effort to launch their energy strips product. The first 2 orders went fine and arrived here in ********* within 2 weeks. So we decided to buy more. On Jan 4th, **** we ordered 3X as many energy strips. BIG MISTAKE!Being the beginning of the new year, I decided to give them a bit of room to get up to speed. However by *** 17th, I was getting a little worried. So I contacted Anta at Supliful who stated "The reason it's been delayed, is due to our recent move to a bigger warehouse. Also, we've run out-of stock for size-1 labels that are needed to fulfill the product in your order. We're expecting the stock tomorrow". Ok, so I wait another two weeks and still my order has not shipped, so I contact the help email on Jan 28th. So on the 29th, I get an e-mail that it was suddenly shipped without any explanatio or an apology.From the time I placed my order until it was shipped (and note that I still have to wait another 2 weeks for it to arrive as my satellite company is in *********) is almost a month. By the time I receive it, it will have been well over a month since I placed my 3rd order. I was never e-mailed in advance of a new warehouse or out of stock labels. This company fails to take responsibility for its actions by not keeping their customers up to date nor does it offer an apology.In summary, how are we supposed to do business with a company that could keep our customers waiting weeks for their product?
